Hi Randall
Great tip. I'm an older golfer 10 handicap and suffer with lower back pain and sacroiliac joint issues. I tried this swing thought/ movement yesterday and when done properly felt the difference. Love your story/ testimony on how you rehabbed back from that horrific car accident.
How would some one sign up for an evaluation at Golfnetics. Sorry for the long comment
Thanks
John

Thanks Randall I will
G'day Randall, Thank you for this explanation, I may be suffering from this flaw - corrective action will start soon. I note you have a tonne of professional clients - do you weigh them and add them up. I have no idea how to measure a tonne of space. Unfortunately, I hear " a tonne of" sports commentators noting a tonne of just about anything. Sorry, I am 80+ and a pedantic person.
Hi Terrance, space is the area between the grip of the club and your body at impact. The more your body (hips) moves in toward the ball at impact the less space you will have. If you know the space between hands and body need more room, stick your rearend further out so you can lean over more and still keep the arms vertical.
Love the tip.... a small but vital directional cue... I've seen a couple videos of my swing when I did this, and it matches up with well-struck shots. My wife asked me if I ever hurt myself golfing... and my answer was 'only when I swing badly!"
Jeffery this is so true for so many golfers. It's amazing how close bad movement is tied to pain in the golf swing. Let me know how this tip works for you. Follow up at @golfnetics on instagram for more tips and learn more at www.golfnetics.com. More tips coming soon right here on Golf Pass.
THank you, from a low pain sufferer and early extender, causing the awful “ pitchout”….
Something for me to work on.

I can't wait to take this tip to the driving range. I'm currently a 15.5 handicap but have been challenged by early extension and heel shots for the longest time. I really hope this works for me - I will circle back at a future date with my results. Thank you.
Awesome Kevin! Glad you enjoyed the tip. Follow up at @golfnetics on instagram for more tips and learn more at www.golfnetics.com. More tips coming soon right her eon golf pass.
Outstanding tip on hip movement that looks subtle to the golfer but (as you point out) is CRITICAL to stress on the back. Thanks Mr. Hunt!!!!!

Pushing the right hip through seems to be helpful for me for clearing out to make better contact. Looking forward to practicing this.
