I understand the concept of walking into the ball for square shoulders but not sure why the ball back position (changes contact point). Why not just walk in with ball in forward poisiton I'm used to?

That is something I always have to watch, the higher your hands the worse it gets. When I tell my friends "that is where your shoulders were pointed at setup they don't believe me. First time I ever heard anyone talk about it 👍🏻👍🏻
