I'm fairly new to golf. I was told that when hitting into the wind, one needs to hit a lower, more piercing shot, not a high one. Could someone please clarify this for me. Thanks

I’d rather picture a slice just so I can uppercut it into another dimension 😂
There is NO shot, except a topped mishit that has top spin! All shots have back spin.. slices/ fades typically have more than hooks/ draws which is why draws run out farther
