When you are playing, is there a cadence you recommend? I use “ push- pause-switch-and-pull.” Push is takeaway. Pause is at greatest extension of lead arm. Switch is when I shift my weight to my lead foot. And is where I tuck my trail shoulder and arm close to my torso. Pull Club
