Great tip, as usual. I've never tried to consciously move my right heel (I'm left-handed) like that.
My only issue is that Aegon (my dog) will not appreciate me cutting one of his play toys in half to improve my swing.
You have a beautiful swing. Your ability to swing slowly is very good.
You should talk about keeping the left arm straight and a straight wrist.
The swing you use is a woman's swing, very wide and constant velocity. Men have, or could have, a swing with a slow start to the downswing until 90 degrees (shaft angle) and then using their big back muscles whip through back 90 degrees to forward 90 degrees. A subtle difference.
Remember, until the shaft is coming forward the swing is all preparation: we hit forward, not backwards.
