I use various clubs to chip, sometimes even a hybrid.
I typically use my 52 degree pitching wedge for chipping and I’ve had good results although I can be long on occasion. I am curious why you prefer the 56 degree wedge which I solely use out of green side bunkers. Advantages of either?
More loft produces higher trajectory and softer landing with less roll out.... good for chip shots to a tight hole location or downhill sloping greens
