This tip, especially the grip with the trail hand, has transformed my poor ball striking. Now I am hitting my irons more consistently and pure.

Devon, I think I understand the concept, however, I can't seem to execute it? I've watched the video numerous times and notice that during the demo at the 1:00 and 1:19, the initial movement with the club is forward, following your lead foot when you swing. However, when you set up to hit the ball, the initial club head movement is back towards the trail foot then forward? Sort of opposite of what you are saying (Step forward / Step back)? Difficult maneuver for me. :-(
