The senior tees need to be moved up 20-30 yards on most of the holes Even with good drives,I had to hit fairway woods to reach at least 5 of the par fours

Add to that way too much deep rough surrounding all the holes and you have to hit a perfect shot to reach the greens

Almost every pin was tucked so close to the fringe, we joked that it was the superintendent's revenge

Mr Floyd’s design is incredible. The course is very difficult if you not a long hitter off of the tee. I had to make adjustments and lay up on the back nine to avoid the hazards I definitely will play again next time I go to Nashville The course is well worth giving it a shot.

This course is a great track. With the drought and heat these last few months the fairways are struggling in places as all mid-TN courses have, but overall conditions with this in mind are excellent. 'Hidden' gem of a course.

Greens were good, course layout was very fun and every hole was different, awesome time today

Good conditions, good pace of play (cars in parking lot but didn’t see another group while on the course), rough difficult to play out of. Overall a fair and fun layout. For the cost, The Legacy is my favorite club in NE Nashville.

This was a great golf course in great shape. We played and it was 100° outside so we were surprised there’s no drinking water on the course but there was nice cold water and cups of ice available in the restaurant area. Very friendly staff. Pace of play was fairly slow on a Saturday morning, but that was to be expected during the holiday weekend and with the heat. The course is in very good shape for the time of the year and the greens are probably the best public course greens in Nashville.We will be back!

I was in town from Michigan visiting my son at Ft Campbell and was looking for a nice course to play. I settled on The Legacy. This course rates as high as any course I’ve played and I’ve been fortunate to play some nice places in Michigan and North Carolina. I will definitely book another round when I am back in town.

I drove up from Chapel Hill TN to play a round with friends. Course was in overall good condition and presented some challenges. There was no slowdown due to pace of play and never saw a ranger on the course. They are currently improving some of the tee boxes. But that should only improve the experience next time. They often feature Hot Deals, so try them out.

I really like the layout of this course. It has challenging elevation changes, undulating greens and very scenic landscaping. And in prior years it's been a lot of fun...

But they have let the Bermuda rough grow too tall and have shrunk many fairways too. The landing area on #11 is maybe 15 yards wide. We wasted time on half the holes searching for balls that missed the fairway by maybe a couple yards.

Plus the sand traps are mostly hard-pan with just a dusting of sand like a powdered donut on top of a layer of brick. Hitting a blast shot was an exercise in futility.

Two of us broke 80,so it's not like we were playing poorly,it's just not fun to see good shots penalized.

Haven't been back to Legacy since the grass has grown in. Beautiful conditions and all alone on the course. 3 hour round, not usual but today was great.

Booked hot deal on golf now, paid up front when place booking, upon arrival was asked to pay an additional 20+ dollars although booking confirmation showed “0.00 due at course”

Nice course. Off the beaten path in the hills of Tennessee.

I am not disappointed in the course, although it was a little rough. What I am most disappointed in is I paid for a foursome which came out to about $70 apiece. One of the guys that was playing with us had an emergency that morning and had to take his wife to the hospital. We tried desperately to find somebody to fill the vacant spot. Unfortunately, we couldn’t and now I am out one of the greens fees because GolfNow will not refund that fee. In my opinion, there are extenuating circumstances that need exception and they are not customer centric enough to understand that.. Even the Golf Course said good luck trying to get a refund from GolfNow because it is virtually impossible to get one even if you fight it. So knowing this is the policy for GolfNow, going forward, I will never use their service again.
