Pebble Brook Golf Course

First time playing here and was well pleased it’s not long but you must find the fairway to be rewarded with a good look in to the green. Speaking of they had some issues on them but nothing that couldn’t be worked out. No rain here for over a month so it was firm and fast . The ride between tees was an awesome roller coaster ride not knowing what you would find at the next tee. Staff wea friendly and helpful. I will definitely play here again when in the area . You have to sign a waiver for the cart after you play you will realize why

Literally the worst course, conditions wise in the Nashville area. Im a 4 handicap, so I play quite a bit. The best thing that can happen to this course is to be bought out by someone willing to actually run a decent course. I haven't been to the course since 2023, so I was hoping for an improvement from the last time. Long story short, terrible greens ruin the whole experience. Every green is in various states of non-playability. From holes to dry areas where there's no grass (so dry it's crust like a desert) to what appears to be gouging. Balls will not roll without bumping and jumping off line.

Play anywhere else. I apologize for not having pics. High reviews for this course are false advertising.

I haven’t played this course in several years and I was hopeful they had improved. May of gotten worse. Several of the greens are borderline unplayable. The greens had holes that appeared to be burrowed by an animal or insect. This drastically changed the way the ball rolled. Staff was fine. That’s the only positive thing I can say.

This course has a ton of potential, the tee boxes were fair and the fairways were great. The front nine greens were absolutely terrible. Crab grass, holes dug, etc. Looked more like a sand trap than a green. About unplayable. The back nine was in considerably better conditions, but still had 2-3 greens with holes dug.

The layout of the course was great and the staff was very friendly along with helpful. The only reason for the 4 star course condition is because of the greens. But, we will definitely be coming back to play!

Tee Boxes: Alright condition, but bad leveling.

Fairways: short, narrow, tight, and in good condition

Greeenside: soggy and muddy. steep dropoffs around many of the greens

Greens: bare spots, potholes, soggy. Hornets nest IN the green on hole 5. scary.

Rough: not much of it. if you hit your ball the the side, its lost in the woods

Bunkers: no sand in the bunkers

Scenery: Awesome! extreme elevation changes, wonderful cart-path drives between holes.

Not walkable.

If you’re looking for a relaxed round of golf, Pebble Brooke is a great place to spend the day. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived.

The pace of play was outstanding. I was able to play by myself, which made for the perfect practice round. I could actually slow things down, think through each shot, spend plenty of time in the “think box” before stepping into the “play box,” and focus on improving my game instead of feeling rushed.

I really enjoy the course layout. One of my favorite parts is the cart path winding through the wooded areas. It’s peaceful, scenic, and surprisingly therapeutic—even after I topped my last two shots! At least the trees didn’t judge me… or if they did, they kept it to themselves.

A few of the greens had some rough patches that made putting a little challenging. I ended up treating those areas as “ground under repair” because some of the damaged spots had holes and uneven surfaces that definitely influenced the roll.

I’ve played Pebble Brooke several times now, and I always enjoy coming back. The friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, and enjoyable layout make it a course I’ll gladly play again. If the greens get a little TLC, it’ll be even better.

The course is beautiful and challenging through the hills, but not difficult.

This course has a very cool layout with holes carved through the hills and two par 3’s from extremely elevated tee boxes. They’ve done a lot of work over the past two years it definitely shows. My one gripe with this course is that it costs more than surrounding courses and while it has improved, it’s still in significantly worse shape. If the price was more in line with the conditions, it’d be perfect.

Greens were perfect with many being spotless. Fairways were great and cut to good length. Favorite course I’ve played.

2 years ago, this course had bad greens, bad tee boxes and unreliable golf carts. They have done a great job of fixing the greens so that you can put on each green and not have to deal with sand. They also recently fixed the tee boxes so that they are more manicured and not as hard. They also replaced the old golf carts with rotten seats with newer ones. This course is a great value and perfect if you are just getting into golf like me but don’t want to break the bank while also not wanting to play in bad conditions.
