Three Rivers Golf Course

Green conditions are due to recent punching so I understand that. But you asked for the review so honestly greens were not great as their usually are.

As I’m from Damascus or it’s quite a drive to get to three rivers. Worth the trip as it was a good value. I walked the course. Pretty walkable. Nice course layout and luckily played with someone who knew the course well. Pretty open with a few tight fairways. Greens were in great shape. Nice practice areas and range. Will definitely return many times. A great course. As many courses around me are being sold for housing developments Portland courses are getting more expensive and busy. Worth the drive

Best course in the Kelso area. Greens are true, fairways are well kept, and the bunkers are white sand! Grounds crew doing great work out there, especially for the low price!

Well maintained course. Nice views and shade area. The only downside was no beverage cart driving throughout the course.

The adjacent airport and train tracks can't be helped, but the noise from both places was very distracting. Prior to the round there was a man close to the 1st tee box who was cursing loudly with women and children nearby. There were players on the course who were playing their music extremely loudly. Staff prior at check-in didn't seem to care if we were there or not. Greens were in good shape, most tee boxes were very nice, fairways were in rough condition. I have no plan to ever play here again.

For a weekday... Over 5 hours to play a round seems ridiculous... It wasn't a holiday... It wasn't the Friday before the 4th... I caught up to the pair in front of me within 3 holes even after teeing off right on time... Is been like this here for about a month now... They need more Marshalls period...

A foursome was playing almost as a twosome. Waiting until half of their group finished on the tee. This created a large backup and a two hole gap in between their group and the group in front of them. When we called the Marshall out. They split and became two twosomes and then joined back together. The pace of play never picked up and created a 5 hour round.

The course is very good to play. We always enjoy playing this course. However, we made our turn around 2pm and the hotdogs stand was closed. I was looking forward to a hotdog and beer. Oh well, maybe next time.

Mostly enjoy this course each time I play it but they aren't really dealing with the fact that the continue to put par 3 tees in crowned areas where you either have a hook stance (ball above feet) or slice stance (ball below your feet). Golf is hard enough once you are in the fairway with stances where the ball is above or below your feet. Don't need it on the tee box too. C'mon!!!

Enjoyed the day here. Greens always challenging but always in great shape. Walkable course which I enjoy. Only issue I have is that I was in a green side bunker on one of the power 3s, attempted to hit my shot and when I hit the sand my club contacted and was grabbed by a piece of wire metal. 😮 Course seems to be doing a lot of bunker work right now, which is great, but I’d suggest picking up garbage and debris out of them before dumping sand.
