Staff extremely pleasant and the scenery around the course is great. The greens were rough. Some lawn mower track marks, thin in areas, and a lot of people do not fix their divots. Shameful!

All of the views were spectacular. The course was in very good condition. It played the way that the pro shop informed us. We were a little disappointed. There was no cart girl service and we didn’t really like that. There was no turn after nine, the weather held up nice although it was supposed to rain that was nice. I’m gonna give them an an overall rating of an eight, room for improvement. I would definitely play again and recommend it.

I’ve played in Sedona a few times and have always enjoyed it. The pace of play was incredibly slow. On hole 6, there was 4 4some waiting. Overall conditions were fine - greens were pretty beat up. Trust me. Play Oak Creek Country Club which is next door. Good luck!

We played after some heavy rain at the course. This rain, combined with the extreme heat of the summer, meant the areas around greens, the rough, and the bunkers were less than perfect. It’s still Sedona though and the views were great, the greens were good, and the tee boxes unexpectedly good. Excellent work by the staff. If you plan to play right now, stay in the fairway and don’t expect much roll on tee shots or approaches.

First staff was great as was the cart staff. Course is in horrible condition. One of the worse I have played. Massive dead areas on the greens. Many greens with large repair areas that are not usable. Many tee boxes were bare or covered in weeds, crabgrass, etc. Many areas of the rough not mowed on ages. 6 inches tall and more. Not worth it at half the price.

On different holes, Grounds and greens were under repair. Also aeration was going on.

You will pay top dollar to play a course that's in poor condition. Tees are beat up. Greens not much better. Portions of some greens have been re-sodded and unplayable.

Views are spectacular if thats any cancelation.

Played at 3:30 and couldn't use the range.

Couldn't use the clubhouse because of a wedding.

Play was slow so I drove ahead to see the reason. A single woman was using a tripod to take videos of herself hitting shots with the mountains in the background. Cant make this up.

This course was once a fabulous course impeccable shape and awesome views. Well, the views are still there. But the this old gal needs a serious facelift, meldew on the greens. Large areas of grass harvested in the middle of the fairway. In order to replace greens and other areas. Sand traps looked like Death Valley., flower beds filled with AZ weeds. However they still want to charge for a 5 star coarse. Stuff all very friendly. Will wait and see if they improve this coarse before I play again

I can't recommend playing this course in its current condition. I don't want to be mean, because the staff was extremely friendly and very upfront with the course conditions, but you can't charge a premium and not deliver a premium product.

The course was over watered and several greens are in terrible shape. Every green we hit into was so soft. I saw a playing partner plug 3/4 of his ball into the green on a routine approach shot. Granted soft greens make it easier to hold the green, but several greens and areas around the green were under repair because of the watering issue. A couple of greens also had fungus, but I didn't see that as big as a problem as the ground under repair. Honestly, my local county course is in better shape than this course, well at least around the greens and on the greens.

The golf carts don't have GPS, which is fairly common to find in AZ (though I can't speak for the Sedona area, as this was my first time playing any course up there).

Pace of play was definitely an issue. They told us on the tee they were playing 5 minutes behind and it probably played that way all day. That wouldn't have been a huge problem except the foursome behind us kept hitting into us for no reason, as the group in front of us was clearly the problem on the course. I never once saw a ranger, which again you can find on my local county course. If they invested in some rangers the pace of play problem wouldn't be such a big issue and you could prevent problems like we had (with people hitting us on the greens).

I will say this though, the views of the Red Rocks were very enjoyable while playing.

It’s in terrible shape! Tee boxes are like hitting in the rough fairways are 50-50. Grass and greens are running about a 5 on the semp with patching everywhere.

The course maintenance crew should be ashamed of themselves. The course was by far the worst kept course I've ever played. The greens were in horrible condition. There were multiple dirt spots all over each fairway. The guy running the mower did damage to the course by creating ruts while mowing on 15 out of 18 holes. The only thing 5-star about this course is the surrounding views. They need to fire the groundskeeper and let him either retrain the staff or hire completely new staff. I invited friends from out of town to come play the course with me. It was embarrassing!

Great course layout but course conditioning was extremely poor. Fungus took out all 18 greens. Someone dropped the ball cause this stuff is treatable if you your an agronomist. Charged me $124 pp and no one said anything about the greens till we got to the first hole and saw it. Played like a $40 muni!!! I feel ripped off!! If the course is damaged then offer me a discount or the opportunity to cancel.

The staff and amenities were excellent. The starter, Dennis was a wealth of information about the course and the community. Pro shop staff was also excellent and helpful. They were apologetic about the course conditions caused by severe monsoon season and gave us a $20 credit toward purchases on premises. Great selection of clothing. Used my credit at restaurant after round where the wait staff and food was excellent.

Great views of the mountains on the course. Plenty of elevated tees.

Beautiful setting, nicely laid out course with challenges and great views. Course shape was in poor condition, fairways and greens with barren spots on every hole. Seemed very wet and spongy, without a lot of rain

While we did receive vouchers for merchandise and amenities to ease the pain of poor course conditions, it was still overpriced.

First time playing and I can honestly say I was super disappointed. The course is in horrible condition. Muddy fairways, broken sprinklers everywhere, and every green looks terrible. They gave us a $20 credit to cover for the greens and course conditions. But I would stay away from this place until fall. Definitely going to call and check conditions before I make the drive out next time. Hopefully they can get the course back in to shape because the views are amazing and staff is super friendly.
