The golf course at the Colorado National Golf Club is an 18-hole, public course that is situated just 20 minutes north of Denver. Jay Morrish designed the formerly known as Vista Ridge golf course with a traditional links-style layout. The course covers 7,579 yards of golf from its longest tees and plays to a par of 72. Rolling fairways lined with native grasses and large, undulating greens make the golf course interesting, while beautiful views of snow-topped mountains provide pleasant scenery. The course has many bunkers as well as water hazards. Colorado National Golf Club also features five sets of tee boxes for golfers to work on a number of different handicaps.

Great course, had a great time

The course plays long (we played from the second to tips) but it is very manageable. Lots of room on the fairways for a stay drive or 2 to not be horrible. They punched the greens recently so it was hard to tell how they were when in prime shape. (Not complaining I know they have to do it some time) overall great course for the price, will play there again soon!

Great driving range and practice green, fun course but challenging enough to keep you honest. Cart path only wasn’t ideal but didn’t hinder the round.

Great course, slow pace of play

The course was in awesome condition and the layout was sweet. Lots of wide open fairways and elevation changes. The greens were fast and had some undulation that made for some interesting putts. The pace of play was a little slow. 5 hours to play 18 but it was cart path only. Overall great course with awesome views of the mountains and would definitely play again once it’s not cart path only.

First opportunity to play this course... well worth the wait!

Home of the CU Buffs golf teams! Great challenge from the regular gold tees. VERY TOUGH from the Championship back tees!

Undulating greens, well placed sand and grass bunkers and some very tough pin placements!

If it's windy... completely different (very tough) golf course... good luck!

At Best Just ok

Both practice greens were unavailable due to maintenance, driving range was off of mats grass looked pretty good to me, no indication at check-in that it was cart on path only. And the staff was sort of snarky. Beautiful course.

Great layout

Booked the round on golf now based on reviews and location. Was in Denver for a conference and had the morning open.

I was in the second group out, but was the first player at the facility. The raf and putting greens are great.

It was cart path only, and played really slow, so ai skipped a hole and had the course to myself and finished in 3 hours.

The layout, the conditions, the views, were all first rate. I hope to play here again.
