Best Bang for your Buck
First time playing here, I was able to use my Points, to save myself 90$ plus for three people. The tee boxes were fairly well kept, fairway and course was great shape. The greens were super fast best greens I’ve played on in Savannah. Even at some private country clubs I played at. Overall I was happy and staff was super friendly, Carts were nice too after playing here once I’m debating on being a Member since it’s members only unless you get a Tee time from here.
Beautiful course, I understand why it's private. Would be nice option to open it to RH residents who only play a few times a year and dont want a membership
Overrated
A vastly overpriced pitch and putt with very nice greens. They think they have a country club there but nope
Great track!!'
Course conditions were great, kudos to the maintenance staff and superintendent. Proshop staff very accommodating. Will return to play again.
Greens were nice and fast. Course very clean and nice staff.

Started playing this course in September of last year as a member guest. Loved it so much I joined. Greens are 2nd to none in this area. Course is always in great shape. They have a great support staff and grounds crew. It’s.a 20 minute drive from my house in Savannah but worth every mile. Awesome!!!
Sweet surprise
Great venue, short course but very challenging due lots of lateral water and small greens. Club house was accommodating as was staff, super friendly!
Great golf course!!!
Have been playing this course as a member guest for the past 6 weeks twice a week. It really is a top-notch course in excellent condition. The best course in the Savannah area by far. Great staff and facilities! Greens are 2nd to none. I like it so much I’m gonna join even though it’s a 25 minute ride from my house. Awesome course!!!
An easy round
A fun course for the average golfer. An opportunity for birdie or par on every hole.
Sweeeeeeet....
First time playing the new Richmond Hill Country Club. The club is two weeks old so everything is tight....starting from the clubhouse to the range which has synthetic and real turf to hit from, the new carts with gps. The day was cleat cool and sunny. The fairwats were lightly overseeded for a touch of green and also the tee boxes. The greens were true and fast not sure of the hybrid bermuda but they were awesome. Not overseeded so they were quick. Fairways had great roll out. The course is a fun track not really long but very fun with slopey greens which made for some challenges. This course still has some turf time but for winter play is excellent. Will be back.
Called Richmond Hill Golf Club now
This course is called Richmond Hill Golf Club and is totally renovated. All new greens, fairways, and tee boxes along with a newly built club house.
Course Undergoing Full Renovation!!
I live on this course and condition has declined over the years, but ignore that history. It was recently sold and the new owners are dedicated golfers. They have closed for renovation including hiring back the original groundskeeper, Construction of a bar/clubhouse/restaurant, and a PGA professional redesign. The conditions are already being addressed. This course is now a multi-million dollar project that will create one of the best courses in the area. Keep your eye out for the reopening in the Spring of 2019.
NOT WORTH IT
I have played this course around 10 times. When I played earlier this year, I thought maybe its just this time of years for the greens to be in this bad of shape. I was wrong after playing this last time I would rather commute an extra 15 minutes and pay 10 dollars more or cheaper using golf now than play here. The greens are in absolutely horrible shape and some of the worse that i have ever played on. If you have ever seen Petri Dish with bacteria on it, that is what every green looks like. It is sad that someone cannot take care of this problem it has such great potential.
COURSE IN NEED OF HELP
GREENS ARE NOT FIT TO PUTT ON
TEES LACK GRASS
BROKEN WATER LINES STILL HAVE NOT BEEN FIXED
FOR MONTHS.
FAIRWAYS HAVE VERY LITTLE GRASS EXTREMELY TIGHT LIES.
FRINGE AROUND GREENS PREVENT PUTTING.
This Place Sucks
You're better off playing your backyard. Or putting your driveway. The greens are almost as smooth as a 1983 Chevy Geo running on diesel fuel. Fairways are sometimes as dry as the sahara and sometimes resemble a Louisiana Cajun swamp.
Sterling Links
Overall was a good time playing this course. It is tight but that's okay. Gives you a chance to play more strategic shots with irons. Staff was helpful and friendly. Plan to go back when in the area.
