The greens were in poor shape to start the season but have improved remarkably!

The course was really to wet to play. After getting on it I was surprised it was open. The staff were very nice.

The people, the pace, and the layout are great. But the fairways are in bad shape and the greens are closer to fairways. The clubhouse is rebuilding and fixing many greens. I will play here again in about 6 months and I hope the grass is in better conditions. Thanks.

For some reason I’m unable to give stars above. I’d have given 4 stars all the way, but 5 for the staff and 3 for the pace of play (was behind a foursome of fathers with young sons, so I hate to complain).

Played 9 today and had a really good time. The fairways were in great shape, nicely mowed. The greens are really coming along nicely. I put well and even though the greens are a work in progress I had zero issues putting. The staff is doing a darn nice job. Southbridge is a fair course and a fair price. Come visit and have a good time.

Our group played there about a month ago and the greens were under repair and not good. Well that has changed for the better. All greens are now in great condition. If you haven't played there because you heard about the greens well go back and you'll be pleasantly surprised.

If you’ve stayed away because of course conditions, now is the time to come back. Efforts over the last few months have resulted in significant improvement on the greens and getting better!!!

Very nice facility and friendly staff. Had to pay $25 for my wife to ride which is more than I paid for the golf itself. Genuinely some of the worst greens I have ever played on. Weeds sticking up everywhere, giant holes and huge patches where there was no grass at all. They were also incredibly slow. The course was also VERY wet which they said was from the afternoon rain (maybe 15 minutes) but looking at other reviews it might be more common than not. This place has a ton of potential but the conditions were just awful unfortunately.

Looks like the course had been overwatered and had deep Tire trikes and many of the fairways. I think maybe we just picked a bad day. Looks like a really nice course otherwise!

It was a good course and the pace of play was great. They just plugged the greens two months ago so they were slow but still very serviceable.

I booked two slots and took out girlfriends with us. They made us pay 25 dollars per rider to get an extra cart. It cost more for that than booking two people to play.

Just last week I wrote a review on the soggy and unplayable approach areas to almost every green. The over watering was a mystery to me. However, I played Southbridge yesterday and that specific condition has been remedied. In addition, the conditions.of most of the greens has vastly improved. The tees and fairways are in fine condition. It won't be long, if current treatment is continued, until the total course will be in great shape. Congratulations to

If I could give this course zero stars I would. We walked off after three holes. It was that bad . I read the reviews and didn’t believe them, but they were accurate

Professional staff was great and extremely friendly. The golf course layout is pretty good. To be fair I played the course after a huge rain so it was extremely wet. The fairways were probably the best part of the course. The tees and greens are in bad shape and will require resodding on every green. They were close to unputtable. The cart paths are in terrible shape… I know because it was CPO and I felt like I had been off trail over rough terrain all day.. The course really should not be open until they get the greens repaired. The course should be good because of the layout. I hope it improves.

The greens have not been good for years. I accept that when I choose to play at Southbridge. However, now the approaches to almost every green are over watered, mushy and unplayable. The grass cutting machines come and dig up these mushy areas. I don't get it.

The greens were in horrible condition! Greens were uncut and craters all over every green. Save your money and play somewhere else!

Worst greens I’ve ever played. I used to love this course but it’s unplayable now. The greens need to be completely replaced. It’s sad to see. I hope they put the money into it, it’s a fun track.

You should have known that was the case. I never would have booked there had I known. I believe that I should receive a refund because the condition was so bad.

This course needed to have on line that the course is under restoration, last summer or drought hammered this course. Layout is awesome, people and staff are the best. Greens are virtually unplayable. I would return when everything eventually grows back.
