The greens on the course suffered greatly during the winter and we’re in rough shape. The staff at the pro shop informed us of this and showed us their plan to renew them. The course was in great shape otherwise and was very enjoyable to play.

This course has an excellent layout that is both fun and challenging, but the current conditions of the greens make it almost unplayable. The staff is amazing and some of the friendliest people I’ve encountered at golf courses. It’s clear that they are doing their best to improve the conditions, it’s just not there yet is all.

I had the absolute pleasure of experiencing what can only be described as a groundbreaking reinterpretation of what “greens” mean in golf. Traditionally, I thought greens were supposed to be smooth, consistent, and, you know… green. Clearly, this course is boldly challenging those outdated conventions.

Putting here is less of a skill and more of a spiritual journey. Each stroke is an exciting gamble between random bumps, mysterious grain shifts, and what I can only assume are geological formations dating back to the Jurassic period. Reading these greens doesn’t require a caddie it requires a licensed surveyor and possibly a seismologist.

Consistency is also refreshingly absent. No two putts roll alike, which really keeps you humble and constantly questioning your life choices. It’s nice to see a course so committed to ensuring no player ever feels confident, at any point, for any reason.

Maintenance-wise, I can only assume the grounds crew is pursuing a “let nature take the wheel” philosophy. The patches, discoloration, and textures add a level of visual and emotional complexity rarely seen outside abstract art.

All in all, if you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to putt on a combination of gravel, sponge, and mild disappointment, this is your place. Truly unforgettable though not for the reasons one might hope.

Scoring will not be an option until the greens comeback and from the looks, its going to be awhile. I won't play it until that happens!

Greens --- garbage, patches, scabbed areas with new grass laid out, dirt (not sand) with no grass on a lot of them. I've played there two times in the last four years and decided to give it another go because a time came up on the cheap. Even the practice green was unusable. The course itself is pretty cool and nicely laid out, but don't go expecting to roll the rock on a nice surface. Guess thats the difference between a $50 & $75 course as you get what you pay for.

Tee boxes were a 6 out of 10.

Fairways were a 7 and nicely grown in and mowed.

Greens are a total mess.

Why dont they hire someone like Troon to come in and manage the place. Possibilities are endless, apparently the funds aren't.

Greens desperately need some TLC. It was almost impossible to putt without the ball jumping all over the place. Rest of course was fine, but having those rough looking greens really soured the round. Hard to justify a high price for that kind of green.

Course was fine, but the greens were very poor. Made putting very difficult navigating diseased spots, dirt spots and patched in grass. Fairways were fine, tee boxes need some TLC. Practice green also in bad shape. Never saw a beverage cart on a Saturday afternoon which was surprising. Not a bad play if you can get it for cheap, but even then not sure it’s worth it since the putting kills any chance of scoring well.

I played 18 holes and none of the greens were in conditions, the layout is good, but greens needs attention.

Also I rented clubs ($50) and the clubs were damaged and very old clubs. Too expensive for the type and conditions.

This is a well designed layout. The greens and tee boxes are really the only negatives. Only a few greens were in decent shape. All the others had major issues. They've even had to resort to patching the some of the greens with sod. The only reason I marked "would not recommend" is the condition of the greens.

Course is a work in process, fairways, sand traps are in good shape, greens are still being worked on, hopefully in a month or 2 course will be in great shape. I love the layout and challenge of the golf course!

first time I have played this course the greens could use some work.

Haven't played the course in about 3 years until today. The cart paths which were a disaster, are a lot better. They've repaired and replaced the wood on a lot of the bridges, and overall they're making a concerted effort to fix the greens which, at least they know they need help. Wonderful layout surrounded by beautiful homes. Great value. I'll be back.

Great layout the more I play it the better I like it

It is still a work in progress but I love playing here the layout is awesome

They have put a lot of time and effort and it shows. Like this course more everytime I play it great job guys and gals
