Stewart Peninsula Golf Course

Yesterday was very hot and fairly humid. I played by myself, so there was not rest between shots, which caused a loss of energy by hole 16. With all the difficulties, I still enjoyed the round, but after getting home it took me several hours r=to regain my energy. I tried to stay hydrated on the course, but still drank 48+ ounces because sometimes my muscles cramp up if I don't.

I will play another course next week, hoping that the weather cools off some the the Dallas area.

Layout and elevations make it slightly challenging. Water isn't as hard to play around as it may seem. Fun as always!

I thought this might just be some novelty 9 hole track on water. But it was so much more. Tight, technical, there are teo greens which make it difficult and obviously the water hazards. But overall it was not as easy as I expected. And it was nicer than i expected. Huge plus… golf carts were not restricted.

Will 100% be playing again.

The course is a 9 hole golf course with 2 sets of Tee Boxes and 2 sets of greens for each hole so they say it’s “18” holes but it’s not. You play the same 9 holes twice.

It’s got heavy water on both sides of almost every fairway, all the fairways are super narrow, and when there’s not water on either side, there’s water throughout the fairway.

Not bc it rained or something but just because it’s designed that way.

Tons of wind constantly.

Only play here if you’re an absolute golf legend and are okay with those conditions.

We had a lot of fun playing the course today, my father in law and I. Unique lay out. Lots and lots of fun.

This course was challenging and fun. The lady in the pro shop was very friendly and helpful. An added bonus, the owners were in property and stopped to welcome us & thank us for choosing their course to play.

Easy challenges for those just starting out or trying to improve their craft

The shop was old and outdated, staff was friendly. The course itself needed some maintenance. While trying to tee off the landscaper was behind trying to cut the grass.
