Stewart Peninsula Golf Course
About
Stewart Peninsula offers a nine-hole golf course along Lake Lewisville with dual greens on every hole. On the first round, you'll play from the red tees to the red flags, and on the back you'll go yellow to yellow. After a straightforward opening hole where the only real problem is a pesky fairway bunker, nos. 2 and 3 start a trend of interesting holes. No. 2 offers completely different looks from each set of tees. The right side pin placement presents problems because of the lake, and the left flag rests close to greenside mounding that will send balls bounding afar. Misses here should find the bunkers, as the recovery is not all that difficult from the sand. Stewart Peninsula's third hole is probably the signature, and a 250-yard drive will put you in prime position to go at the multi-tiered green. Avoid missing back right, as the up-and-down is especially difficult from that side.

Great 9 hole or 18 if you want course
Took us a minute to figure out the different tee boxes and red or gold flags but after we got it down it was a really fun course. It was my 7 yr old first time to actually play a real course, not putt putt or top golf so it was a great experience for him. Will definitely be coming back again.
Ants!
Need to put ant kill on carts and let players help with ant control!
Fun Course
First time playing here and I preface this with I am new to the game. But I had a lot of fun on this course. It had enough challenges with water on several holes. The layout is…unique, we were there on a slow day so the pace of play was fast and relaxed. I could see it becoming kind of a log jam on busy days though with multiple holes sharing fairways.
But it was a good price, staff was nice, no frills, but fairways and greens were in decent shape, I’d definitely play it again.
Beautiful course! Staff was great, will be playing alotmofngolf here this summer
Has great potential
Pretty solid course. Is in a really nice location and has some great views but the course itself needs work. Fairways are pretty patchy and goose poop is everywhere. Greens and tee boxes were okay, def need some work. Staff is friendly and overall chill vibe which is a plus. Would except more for the money but still a fun course 2.5 star
This course is quick to play.
Interesting course. Narrow fairways and lots of surrounding water. Challenging but fun to play.
Solid
Not the prettiest track in town, but it gets the job done.
Fun Course, Sneaky Challenging
This is my second round at SP. The weather was perfect although the course was still a little wet from recent rains. It's a 9-hole setup with double greens, so you play to one flag the first nine and then the other flag the final nine. The course was in excellent shape and the pace of play was quick to moderate. The staff, both the clubhouse and the grounds, were very friendly. I enjoyed the experience.
I’d play it again for $30 or less
Sloppy and under cared for course. Greens were actually decent, but the sand traps are being overgrown with grass and there is a sign mentioning upcoming grass bunkers…so maybe that will be cool… I don’t know…
Super kind and friendly staff. It was the day after a rain, so I’ll give the course itself a little benefit of the doubt.
Had a great time
From arrival all the way through was fantastic. It was a challenging track, with the advantage of playing each of the 9 holes twice onto different pin placements. Got paired with three strangers and left with three friends. Will definitely return.
