Great course!
Beautiful rolling course, love it, will return often.
Slow Fun
From the start we were behind a group of youngsters having a good time. No complaints there, but the pace of play was slow throughout the round and probably typical of a Saturday afternoon here.
Tee boxes, fairways and greens were in top summer shape with recent rains leaving a few damp places along the course. The hilly terrain created several blind shots on the long par 4's and 5's, and thankfuly there are no water hazards.
Overall, we would play here again, but on a weekday for speedier play.
18 on a Sunday
Course is pretty average layout can get overwhelming at times with fairways crossing over each other or directly beside each other but it is the cheapest in the area and everyone is super nice pace of play was good
Great bang for the Buck
It gets very crowded and there are lots of blind spots so pace of play can be a little slower. But for the cost on the weekends for 18 it cant be beaten.
I used to never play Chapel after Spring, but now...
This place was not taken care of for years and was as hard as a parking lot after June. Now, it seems they have put some time into watering it, cleaning it up, and they haven't even raised their LOW prices (yet)! So, after playing this round there I will definitely be giving them another shot (post June) to see how it goes.
Cheap but Unkept
Great for the price. The course was unkept. The fairways are a bit tight so you got people all over the course tracking down their balls. All in all for the price if you can get there when it’s not busy great value. It’s not even worth hitting out of the sand traps though.
