Georgia National Golf Club

Georgia National is a socially divided golf club that should be attended with caution.

1. The Marshall with the grey hair discriminates and it opened with his actions.

2. The golf club was called numerous times pertaining to pace of play without action. The golf club monitoring system displayed groups 40 minutes behind pace with no action.

3. Be prepared for particular groups to be rude and aggressive when on the course.

I would not recommend Georgia national club due to the professionalism and fairness of staff and members.

Very nice course for the money. I played during the week and it was only $50. This course could easily charge $75-$100 during the week.

Georgia National has really got the course looking great.A lot better course maintenance than I remember when I was a member 7-8 years ago.The greens were a bit grainy with sand today,but I guess that’s maintenance.The 3 different front desk personnel that I encountered over the three rounds I’ve played there in the past couple of weeks have been very efficient, pleasant, and easy to check in with. I have enjoyed my rounds at Georgia National

Course was in excellent condition and greens were immaculate.

Arrived at the course to find out at check-in we didn't have a tee time. Not sure who dropped the ball but it was very frustrating to say the least.

They were able to squeeze us in (thankfully for that) earlier than our confirmed tee time, which meant no range time or opportunity to loosen up. If that wasn't stressful enough sticking an unscheduled group in an already crowded line up resulted in or being rushed by the Marshall and struggling to stay in position

The course from tee box to fairways and greens were in excellent condition!!

Fairways are good. Greens vary, but overall are in good shape. Fast on the front (even in light rain), more predictable on the back side. I would play again.

Early start. Course layout from the green tees was challenging but very fair. Greens were a little “gravelly” but otherwise well maintained. Traps were well raked. Tee boxes well groomed. Cart paths were quite smooth. Played 90-degrees due to overnight wet weather. Other golfers respected the rules. Very enjoyable and worth the money.

Course was nice, but the pro shop charged me about $10 more than what golf now said I'd pay at the course. Then they charged $6 for range balls which they said would be waiting on the range, when I got up to the range there were a total of 10 balls left. My takeaway was that it's a nice course in good conditions, but far overpriced for what it is.

Great layout & greens were consistent. Finished in 3 hours on a Saturday! Clubhouse staff were friendly and helpful.

Course is in good shape, expecially for this time of the year. Fun layout, can be challenging.

My last review was about the course leaving thatch everywhere. Well, I’m pleased to say, they got it together. The course was in great shape during this round and I’m looking forward to returning. Kudos to the grounds crew!

Course layout is very good, challenging but fair. Considering time of year, fairways and greens were very good. Cart paths need extensive work. Carts are newer and excellent with electronic tracking. Pro shop is fine, small bar was fantastic, prices were really fair. Jessica is a treasure. Only gripe and it’s a big one is pace of play. There were 2 foursomes ahead of us on a wide open day that were pacing 4.5-5 hours. Players lacked any golf etiquette whatsoever, parking in front of greens and tallying scorecards while still in the way of the next group. Unfortunately we did not see a Marshall the entire round. If they fix that, I would join in a flash, it’s very close to being a great semi-private.
