One of the best courses around!
Love scottish! Great course for a great price. Very forgiving course, open and well kept. Only complaint would be the pace of play, usually slower and the rangers will often nudge you if behind even if not due to your own fault. Otherwise a great place to play some golf!
Fall Special easily worth
Teeboxes and fairways in great condition, the greens not so much mainly due to the fact people don’t repair their ball marks. The lady in the pro shop was really nice, but the ranger was a tool. He babysat us after we got into trouble on 6 and had a hole gap between us and the group ahead, all while we had nearly a 3 hole gap on the group behind us. The carts shut off on you here in “restricted areas” and other than the obvious around the greens area, there is no indication of what is restricted and could be the middle of the fairway or random patches on the cartpath. Regardless, we got our money worth and would return.
Twilight Play
Great value walking 9 holes. They allowed us to continue playing until dark. Actually played 12 holes. Greens were in great shape.
The course was in great shape. Was paired off with another twosome who were fun to play with. Pace was great, finished the round in just under four hours even though the course was full. Our food after the round was very good, my only complaint is that they don't have draft beer. I don't like drinking canned beer!
Beautiful and maintained
Love this course! The staff does a wonderful job maintaining the course.
Fun course
Course was in good shape. Greens read well but people need to clean up their divots. Parking is a nightmare but they had an outing that day. Overall always fun at Campbells
Great, Great Course
One of the nicest public courses that I played on. No wonder why it was voted #1 NH course in 2024.
Short but fun to play on. In great shape. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely come back and play again when in area.
My go to for a weekday round
Pace of play was super slow this day but is generally good . The course is in great shape . Some par 4 holes don’t require a driver off the tee . It’s my favorite course to play since it’s not far from home and a great value. I probably get 10 plus rounds a season here . It’s enough for some of the staff to remember me which is always nice. I highly recommend playing a round here if you never have.
Always a fun time
The course is always in nice shape. Greens can have lots of ball marks in August, but otherwise nice. Really fun and forgiving track.sometimes it can get backed up around holes 5-8.
Pace of play
Guys, no one comes out and spends hard earned money on a Friday morning to get behind 30 guys in their 80s that take 25 minutes to play each hole. Stop making excuses in exchange for this predictable revenue and do the right thing, telling them they’ve got to pick it up.
The course and staff are terrific at this course, but this Friday thing is ridiculous
Terrible greens
The green ate in tough shape lots of divots no rangers pace of play was slow. They put out too many twosomes.
Scottish Highlands - a nice mix of traditional and links style
Open course design and lay-out. Holes offer enough challenge without going over the top. Pace is well managed. Can be windy in be afternoons. Sometimes the greens are hard and don’t hold approach shots. Greens and tee boxes are nicely maintained. Staff friendly and courteous.
