Love this Track, But !
Played here with a buddy of mine, Place was in great shape, however the bunkers were hard as a rock, I wasn't expecting beach sand, but come on, power rack them once in awhile.. I will definitely play there again

Spook Rock was on my hit list to play, and I played it on Friday. In short, I’ll be back!
Great layout with good par 3s.
Greens were in great shape for late July.
Very playable, but a tough test.
I walked 18 and played from the Blues.
Will look forward to being back again…soon!

Excellent*
One of my favorite NYC-area courses, which I had not played in a couple of years. Fairways and greens are in great shape, but there are three maintenance issues that need to be addressed and that restulted in my giving the course a 3-star, not a 4-star, review. Cart paths are a mess and need complete repaving. The cart fleet is serviceable, but very dated motors and handling. (Time to go electric?) Virtually all the sand traps are wrecks, likely due to recent rains, and need fixing. Finally, the maintenance staff has an annoying habit of not replacing tee markers after mowing tee boxes. In the grand scheme of things, it's not a big deal, but it is sloppy and a sign that maintenance need to be tightened up.
Nice Course & Great Pace
Course was well maintained & fun. Plays a bit narrow, so game management is important. Carts have GPS & Bluetooth, so a huge plus there. I’d definitly visit again
Overall, not a bad course.
Course greens were really slow this time. Pace of play was really bad this time a3ound. Over 5 hrs is pretty bad, and there were no rangers in sight. Staff is not too friendly but starter was much better.
Overall, blue Tee can be challenging. White tee has its own teeth. Layout is fun and worth a try.

The course is in good shape going into summer. I was a little surprised at the number of ball marks on the greens.
Players are getting careless in personal course care.
Such a shame.
Great course
It is a walkable course that I enjoy playing. I have played it a few times and have nothing bad to say about it. Will be back.
Surrounding areas of the course
The fairways and greens are in good condition , but the surrounding areas are not being maintained. Need to be mowed and some weeds taken out.
Great course
The course is in really good shape. Has different hole layouts that allow you to use a variety of clubs. The club house has great items for sale, and the 19th hole is a great place to grab a after round drink to finish your day. Highly recommend playing this course, and I will be back.
