7 best Amazon Prime Day golf products for sale in 2020

Rangefinders and shoes highlight the deepest savings for golfers.
Amazon Prime Day
We've scanned 10-plus pages of Prime Day golf deals so you don't have to.

Amazon Prime Day is back for 2020. If you're one of the gazillion Prime members in the world, you have special access to savings on loads of various products on October 13-14. A countdown clock in the top right corner of the website will keep your endorphins pumping as you browse products and consider all the ways to give the e-commerce behemoth more money.

Golf is certainly not a strong point of the Amazon marketplace - many brands save their best items for brick-and-mortar retailers or keep their niche direct-to-consumer - but there are nevertheless 10-plus pages of products offering Prime Day savings. A scan of these items this morning reveals little in the form of clubs or golf ball savings, but there are scores of rangefinders available at a significant discount. If you've been holding out for one, point your scope towards Prime Day.

It is of course worth mentioning that with the season winding down up north, many local golf shops may be offering even deeper discounts on their products to make way for next spring. You may want to check there first.

  1. Rangefinders galore

    screen-shot-2020-10-13-at-12.11.47 PM.png

There are scores of various brands selling rangefinders for as low as $64. Some of the brands are obscure (Raythor from $127), others lesser-known (TecTecTec has a $199 model, the VPRO500 rangefinder, marked down to $119) and Callaway's 300 Pro Golf Rangefinder with slope is 20% off at checkout ($159).

The lowest is a compact Gogogo Laser Rangefinder marked down to $64 from $89.99. I can't speak to the quality but ratings are decent enough.

  2. Garmin Golf watches

A reliable golf GPS brand, Garmin has listed its S40 golf watch for $199, marked down from $282.

You can step it up further to their Approach s60, $269 marked down from $499. This features a 1.2" color screen and battery life up to 10 hours. Be warned: it's out of stock until November 12th, but you can still get the deal. (The Approach s62, the watch I use currently, doesn't have such a significant deal, however.)

  3. Rapsodo Mobile Launch Monitor

Want to gift yourself some swing analytics? You can save 25% at checkout on the Rapsodo Mobile Launch Monitor ($399). You can attach the MLM to your smart phone to get video and shot analytics like distance and ball speed of each swing. New for 2020, Rapsodo added indoor and net-hitting capability. | Full Rapsodo MLM review

Ecco's Street Premier Golf Shoe is also nearly half off: $75 (from $149.95)

Skechers' GO Golf Max performance golf shoes is $45.47 marked down from $85.

Women can also score some Sketchers with the Go Walk 2 Sugar Relaxed fit, on sale for $41.99 from $80.

  6. A couple basic Under Armour golf garments

Fall is here. Who doesn't need more quarter-zips? Under Armour has a Men's Tech 2.0 that is $20 isntead of $40.

As for bottoms, you can score some Under Armour Golf Shorts for $27.99 instead of $65.

  7. Swiftwick socks

It's always good to stock up on quality commodities and Swiftwick is a leading sock brand in golf and athletics. Swiftwick's Maxus Zero golf & running socks are currently $3 off.
