Too many par 3s
The course had 90% par 3 holes, no par 5s . The course was in pretty good shape considering the recent rainy weather and dry conditions preceding and following the rain. It played wide open, not too many difficult obstacles, mostly down hill play and only 2 uphill or level holes. Overall a fun course but not one I'd play again.
Good bang for your buck... I'm from New Jersey visiting the area and I needed a place to work on my game.. this was great for that!
You get what you pay for
Course is in ROUGH shape. Good course for a newbie to get comfortable with the game. Lots of par 3s and short iron tee shots. Staff is friendly.
Fun 2 hours
It’s an executive length in an apartment complex. Fun round in a couple hours. All 3s with a handful of 4s. Lower the weekday price and put some effort into the greens and it’d be a blast to play.
Skill level
This course was great for my skill level. I’m an older adult but new to golfing. There are many steep grades so walking the course is out of the question for me but a younger person may choose to do that. I would play it again.
Weather has been unkind to this course, it needs care and watering. Sand traps are grassy but I throw the ball out to the fare way.
save the money and go to the range
course is in bad shape, even the greens are dead. if it was taken care of it could be a nice little course
Poor course
Part of Course had been flooded within the past month and it was still muddy. Worst greens I’ve seen in years. No directions from the 18th hole to get back to the start. No sign to wear a mask and the cashier did not have one.
Can't believe I wasted $20 playing here
When I rolled into the parking lot and saw no cars there, I should have known I was in trouble. It was a little cold in the morning, so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. I wanted to come here just to work on my short game and get some work in with my new putter grip. That too, was also a bad mistake.
The staff is super friendly, and the course looks like its in great shape for November -- at first. As you navigate through the second hole, you realize the reviews are true. The cart path is falling apart, and it's not much better trying to drive in the grass. The fourth hole is essentially mud. The greens look like you're taking ground balls on a rocky baseball diamond with all the hops the ball takes. Good luck trying to find your ball on the ninth hole with all the leaves everywhere. There were times I couldn't tell if I was on a golf course or I took an ATV off-roading into the mud.
Hopefully this course is nice in the summer during peak season, but the grass at my apartment complex is better maintained than this golf course. Might have been a crown jewel 30 years ago, but right now it could use a miracle.
