Greens were very slow. Hasn’t been much rain at all so I’m not sure why they weren’t cut and rolled. Rough was thick. Overall course is in good shape…greens definitely need to roll better.
Rock hard greens!
The green were very hard, which made it extremely difficult to get the ball to stick on approach shots. They were, also, slow when putting. Not sure how they managed to do that, but it made for an interesting round. Otherwise, the course was in excellent condition. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting an enjoyable, yet challenging round of golf
Nice course, good value
Course is in good shape. They've put some money into the place with new golf carts, and nicely filled sand in bunkers. Course is well maintained and ;plush. Greens, fairways, fist cuts of rough and sand traps all in excellent shape. I will play this course more times over the next few months.
Course management is not managed well…
1) don’t allow walkers before noon on weekends, but walkers are allowed on a holiday?
2) five-some was allowed out on a holiday.
3) no such thing as a course ranger
Expect slow play on a holiday, but this was very unacceptable!

Decent course but expect to lose a lot of balls even if you're only a few feet off the fairway
The grass outside of the fairways was very tall and had me and my two buddies losing balls left and right. Unless you were standing on top of your ball and looking down there was a very good chance you lose your ball because it's impossible to see. The fairways themselves were a mixed bag of lumpy and inconsistent grass length. Overall I like the course for the money but wouldn't pay more than $30 for it. Definitely has an "older golfer" kind of feel to it.

I had only two issues with my round on Sunday. First was they allowed a fivesome to play on a weekend. The group should've been split into two groups. They backed up a lot of other groups.
Second was an outing was also scheduled on that day. I was unfortunate enough to be between the fivesome and the outing. We waited on almost every shot due to the fivesome and was rushed on every shot from the outing. Made for a very bad round of play and, subsequently, a bad score.
Other than these two issues I had a great time on the course and will definitely be going back.
First Time Playing Good Park
played 9 and will definitely be back to play 18. Pins were in some tough spots which is normal for the cool temps and wet spring we have had recently. Enjoyed the layout. Hot Dog after the round was cold, but the onion rings were very good.
Played in summer, much better condition. Aerated greens recently but they were not even mowed so putting was a bit like putting on fairway.
Terrible pace.
Good course generally, just need to careful when booking it, time of year, day of week, and time of day all should be considered.

Aeration
GolfNow used to give a warning if the course is under aeration. I gave 2 stars for condition, not the course’s fault. Just another example on how GolfNow is dropping the ball…
Best greens On public course
Best greens I’ve played all summer, challenging layout with the tree lines fairways.
Slow Beans
My son and I were behind an outing that was the SLOWEST cast of players I have ever experienced.
They chit chatted on the tee box with an open fairway and no one in sight ! They had no regard for other players only themselves. The threesome often waited to hit with a group 250 plus yards in
front. All 3 players COULDNT hit 250 yds combined. Painful day at J.E. with no beverage cart in site...
