This has been the best condition I have seen for a very long time.
Painfully slow
It’s a muni on a Saturday with a frost delay, so you expect slow. But you also expect the course not to send out 4 twosomes in a row. You expect the course to have at least one ranger hustling slow pokes along. But that’s what it was like here.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback as we will use your review to better the experience going forward. We hope you give us another try in the near future!
always a good play
Goodpark is an excellent course and for this early in the season was in very good shape.
Excellent condition
Hard to beat this city course. Grounds are in excellent condition. Very tough course.
GP is in great shape!
Really surprised that the course was in such great shape so early in the year. Only issue was that the club house had no snacks or energy drinks at the turn.
Pass of play was slow
The course was so backed up we tee off 45 minutes late. We had to wait on every tee box for the group in front of us to finish teeing off and sometime even wait for the group in front of them. Hold were 1-2 groups backed up. Love playing the course it was just super slow
One of Our League Favorites
Good Park has a challenging layout and every time I par a hole, it’s an accomplishment. In 2020, the course was in great shape. GP has some of the toughest par 4s in the area.
Decent course conditions for late November in Ohio
We had had several severe weather winds & storms over the past few weeks. They did a great job cleaning up before the snow flies, we had a lot of rain too.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced at the course. As far as the raincheck goes, sounds like you prepaid for a Hot Deal on GolfNow. When this is the case, no money is paid to the pro-shop so there is no money that is owed back from the course. You may have booked other course times through GolfNow and that is why you were able to obtain a raincheck. If you call GolfNow, they would be happy to rectify the situation. We hope this clears any confusion up and we hope you give us another try in the future.
