Great value more importantly GREAT VIBE
Booked a hot deal for a friend and I. 3 more of my friends decided they also wanted to play. Management at this course is amazingly accommodating they put us out early and as 3 and 2. There is so little great value in golf right now. I’ll tell you this between employees understanding and having a great attitude and the chorus being an amazing shape. This is a must play course.
Very slow play for late afternoon round
I'm shocked how slow it was yesterday. Great layout and some unique holes. Bunkers need work like most courses(very inconsistent). Good deal on golf now for about $30 starting at 3:50
Pretty good condition that should only get better towards the summer
April round.
The course was in great shape and condition. Greens were quick. Just a super windy day but fun to play. Finished in 4hrs.
Grip it and rip it
Great course for the price. Staff on the course constantly tending to the greens. Highly recommend
VALUE
BB is the best value right now on GN. The staff is amazing and the owner plays golf so he understands the upgrades that really move the dial. Greens are perfect and the sand in the traps is the best I’ve played. BB is a must play course on your 2025 schedule!!!
Cold Sunday
We Played at 930 on Sunday. The course was in great shape and pace of play was fantastic. Done 3.5 hrs. Will be back.
Pace of Play Issues
I have played this course over 1000 times, so clearly I like the course. It is conveniently close and reasonably priced. As it is with most courses these days, there is no ranger out there to encourage pace of play. I went out at 3:30PM, knowing that sunset was around 7:30, thus I might not finish. I finished only 12 holes in 3 hours 50 minutes. The best ways to get people to stop playing your course is slow play, rude employees and poor course conditions. Play was unacceptably slow(need a ranger), employees were unmotivated and rude(mainly because the course is understaffed) and the conditions were spotty(perhaps because it so early in the season. Beaver Brook is capable of much better. I will likely be back, but I am starting to see a pattern emerging.

Played same ball for 18 holes...no leaf rule needed...greens were on the slow side but hey...it's the end of November...pro shop attendant and starter were super helpful...thank you
Slow play
Pro shop is a joke. No amenities what so ever
Piles is leaves in the fairways. Will not be playing that course again.
Gem
This place is a gem! Always in great shape and the pace is spot on.
