Harbor Pines Golf Club
About
The Harbor Pines Golf Club is a public facility that boasts an 18-hole, four-star golf course with subtle, breaking greens that provide a challenge for all golfers. The holes are very private and the fairways are wide and open.
The environment friendly course is a local favorite and is considered among women to be one of the best courses for women to play on. The beautiful natural landscape with seventeen acres of water and 520 acres of forestry has even been certified as an National Audubon Sanctuary. The relatively flat course does offer challenges for experienced golfers but it will not be too difficult for intermediate or beginning golfers. Both the 16th and 17th holes are difficult par-4's and the course has various hazards scattered throughout.

Enjoyable
It was No carts on the course cause there had been rain day before, a little unexpected.
Would Love to Play Again!
Pro Shop was excellent, staff was cordial. Appreciated the driving range for our warmup. The twosome we were paired with got a Hole in One! Cart girl was timely and kind. Greens and rules were explained by the Starter, who also was kind.
The foursome in front of us was slowed by the foursome in front of them, so naturally we were caught up, and play was slow- 3 hours for the front 9 (tee time: 11:36, teed off at 11:48; made the turn at 2:43). My issue was the group behind us was mad at us, while we waited for the group in front. I'm assuming they said something to management about our group. At the turn, the groups in front of us didn't stop, but my foursome did: yummy hotdogs and some drinks. Then, after our drive on 10, the Ranger came up to us and said "I need you to stay with the group ahead of you- they're a hole and a half in front of you." 😡 So we caught up with the in 2 holes and kept getting hit into.
Great course, rough pace…
Nice layout and the greens were great. My only complaint was around the pace of place. Expect to play a 5 hour round in the afternoon. Great hotdeal on GOLFNOW.
Great Round of Golf
Tee’d off at 6:00 AM walked off 18 at 9:15 and did not feel rushed at all. Will be going back great course!!!
Slow playing partners
This is a very nice course and I have played and enjoyed it many times. This particular time I was group with an older couple and their friend who was also older, the pace of play from my playing companions was quite a bit on the slow side. I enjoyed the round still and the course was in very good condition.
