About
The Harbor Pines Golf Club is a public facility that boasts an 18-hole, four-star golf course with subtle, breaking greens that provide a challenge for all golfers. The holes are very private and the fairways are wide and open.
The environment friendly course is a local favorite and is considered among women to be one of the best courses for women to play on. The beautiful natural landscape with seventeen acres of water and 520 acres of forestry has even been certified as an National Audubon Sanctuary. The relatively flat course does offer challenges for experienced golfers but it will not be too difficult for intermediate or beginning golfers. Both the 16th and 17th holes are difficult par-4's and the course has various hazards scattered throughout.

We only had time for 9, we played the front. All 4 of us simultaneously said "this place is great". The course is extremely well kept, there's a moderate challenge but nothing too difficult. We will definitely be playing this course again.
Slow pace for the old people and terrible conditions
If you're old and want to be slow, go to this course. If you like nice designs but horrible conditions, this is for you. Like spending over a $100 for gnats who wont leave you alone and bunkers covered in rocks of all sizes, this is for you. Never again. The rich can have their crap corse.
A disappointing "nice/er" course
The design of the course was the highlight -wonderful job. The severe and blatant negatives: ROCKS littered in the sand bunkers, and the massive tee time sheet of slow old people. The old people groups, 5 1/2 hours of pace, and rocks is NOT worth the money. I rather die.

Great golf
This course is always in great shape. Staff has always been friendly and professional. I visit this course annually and have never been let down.Cool mix of holes and challenges. Driving range is mats only so only 4 stars. Get the hot deal and enjoy.
Wait until renovations are finished
The course is undergoing major renovations to the fairways and bunkers on nearly every hole, and the renovations that are finished are well done. However, 80% of the course remains under some sort of construction, which makes several holes nearly unplayable and the course itself unenjoyable. I would not recommend playing here until the renovations are finished. The pace was also terribly slow and there was no starter to keep things moving. In short, look elsewhere for now.
Hello tbrier04. Unfortunately you have the wrong golf club. We are not undergoing any renovations. We have a full team of outside staff including starters and rangers. Our course is in excellent condition and our pace of play is one of the best in the area. We're know for our fast greens, excellent conditions, and unmatched customer service. There are no renovations happening to the course and spring aeration is fully healed. Our clubhouse had major renovations in the winter, but they are long completed.
