About
Brookledge Golf Club sprawls across more than 120 acres of gently rolling hills and mature woodlands. The course is an Arthur Hills design and considered one of the finest public golf courses in northeast Ohio. Originally opened in 1988, the course later underwent a major renovation that included the installation of a new aeration system and the replacement of all the sand traps. The golf course is challenging with trees lining the fairways and framing the greens, leaving little room for error off the tees or on the approaches. The greens are subtly elevated and well protected by mounding and bunkers. Brookledge Golf Club's tricky putting surfaces have mild undulations that can cause subtle breaks in putts. Trees play a more prominent role on the back nine, especially on the closing holes.

Love the course but pace of play is not good
I love this course and it is in really good shape. Just very frustrating dealing with the pace of play. Have had to walk off the course multiple times before finishing because I don’t have 5-6 hours to spend there. Went Monday as a single with no tee times booked in the closet spots to me. Ended up sandwiched in between at least 20 people. A 3some holding everyone up and a 5 some. No one was told to speed up. I rounded for the back 9 and saw 3 groups on 10 and 11 so had to leave.
Pace was absolutely horrible.
Showed up for a 156 tee time. 1st hole went good after that there were between 2 to 3 groups waiting to tee off on every hole. It took us 3.5 hours tk play 9. We paid for 18 but left after 9. Another golf course packing as many people on the course as they can.
Great Muni
Should be considered one of the top 100 monies in the state.
OverBooking
Pace of plag was absolutely horrible. We had a tee time at 156. On the front 9 there were always 2 to 3 different groups waiting to tee off. It took us over 3.5 hours to play 9 holes. We were suppose to golf 18 but left after 9.
Greens
Of course was in fantastic condition. The greens were a little slow due to aeration, but it still plate. Nice.
Always in great shape
The course is always in great shape. Shotmaking options on each hole. Excellent mix of short/long par 4s. The par 5’s are fair and are scoring opportunities.

Well maintained course and not super challenging either! Has a good variety
