How did ths course get 4 stars???!!
I am from out of town and chose this course based on the four star rating. What a farce! Who would give this course four stars! The course was a dump! The layout is boring and uninteresting. The carts were filthy. People yelling on the course. People yelling as they drove by the course. Not a good experience. I will never return even if the round was free.
Almost there.
Greens are in great shape. Fairways will be good after a couple more mowing, but nit bad overall.
Lots of Standing
If you are looking for a place to stand for 10 to 15 minutes between every shot, this is the place for you. If the course isn't going to have a ranger, then maybe it should invest in signage throughout the course explaining golf etiquette. A sign that tells people if their tee shots are going no more than 125 yards, then they don't have to wait until the group in front of them is leaving the green before teeing off. Or if you have groups waiting behind you at every tee box, now isn't the time to hit 3 or 4 balls in hopes one of your tee shots is playable. And if you have hit 3 or 4 tee shots, then stop lining up your putts. Your score is already huge and you aren't going to hit the putt no matter how long you spend looking at it. Slow pace of play could easily be spotted by anyone out on the course, so a ranger could be very useful here. The price here is good, but you are getting what you pay for. Look elsewhere if you would like a consistent flow on the course.
Euclidean Method
This place is the best all around course. The cart path is kinda bumpy and no one fixes their ball marks. But they are always open and the staff is super cool. There are easy par 4s if you need that, but there are also some interesting holes with traps and water.
Euclid’s best
This place is perfect for someone mid to high handicap that likes to meet people on the course. Close to 90. Practice green, chipping green, range.
Great fairways and fast greens
Fairways were perfect and the greens were fast. Definitely worth playing in the future!
Great course for intermediate and beginners, challenging holes, and course layout supports finding balls! Played 18 and only lost 2 balls. Typically score 100 so for me that’s worth the money itself.
Still a solid course
Briardale is a solid shorter course for someone like me that is not a long hitter. The course is in great shape and plays really well. Still recommend it.
