Red/Blue at Ramblewood Country Club
About
For more than half a century, Ramblewood Country Club has been one of the top public golf courses in southern New Jersey. The club offers 27 holes of championship golf that are played as three different 18-hole combinations. The Red/Blue Course starts with one of the original nines from 1962, while the back nine was added 10 years later. The Red nine has large, subtly undulating greens bordered by strategically placed bunkers. Be prepared for a few forced carries over water. The challenges are nicely balanced with forgiving fairways that have generous landing areas. The Blue nine is an interesting contrast to the front of the golf course. It's routed through mature pine forests and it has tighter fairways though the greens are just as undulating as the Red, making course management the key to scoring well.

Great day at Ramblewood
Was an excellent day. We got out early and had a fantastic day away from the office. Course was in great shape. We finished our round in about 3 hours but did not seem rushed. I had one of my low rounds of the year so far. After golf we had an excellent lunch and a couple cold ones. All and all it was a great day.
Nice Layout
It was a great day golfing. We had perfect weather. The Course was in great condition.
Greens were still a little damp since we went out early, but I still shot one of my lowest rounds this year. Had a terrific lunch afterwards.
Nice muni
Ramblewood offers 3, 9 hole courses you can mix and match to create an 18 hole round. The greens are very well kept as are the fairways. Staff is excellent. Couldn’t ask for more from a public course. Thanks, Jaws!
Good Condition
The course was in really good condition, and seems like the golf carts are new this year. The rough is thick and tall...at some points I thought I was playing in the US Open. I wasn't thrilled about the employees trying to get tips by driving a golf cart to me in the parking lot. I'd rather get a cart myself, but the guy insisted.
Decent course
Ramblewood is a decent course. They keep the fairways and greens in good condition
Fun Course Good Balue
Fun course to play and a good value for your money. Staff is very friendly and you get a good variety with the 39 hole offering would play again very soon thank you.
Must play bag for your buck course
Excellent layout. Fun course. Unique with the 3 nines. Must play Jersey course. The Seven restaurant is an enjoyable atmosphere for golfers and anyone looking for a nice sports bar experience. This is a place you can pop in and golf in the morning and hang out all day. 10 outta 10 course.
Very nice daily fee course
The course is generally well maintained and the 3/9 layout helps to promote a good pace of play. I’ve played it many times and will probably play it again soon.
