About
Jamaica Run Golf Club offers one of the most challenging layouts in the Miami Valley. The difficult greens provide most of the trouble. They are small and hard to hit and on many holes they are elevated above the fairway, making it hard to play a run-up shot. The bentgrass fairways are spacious and thankfully more forgiving, but they are bordered by thick rough. Water hazards come into play on several holes. There is even one hole that crosses the meandering creek that runs through the golf course twice. The par-5 18th provides a memorable finish, requiring a tee shot past a large pond to a fairway that sits well below the pond. Finding the right club to use and a good spot to hit are nearly impossible.

Very slow pace of play
Course layout and conditions were great, staff very friendly but no rangers, pace of play was so slow that every shot we need to wait 5 mins or longer, after while you loose your interest and concentrations,
I will only go there again if I have 5 or 6 hours to play 18 holes., some of signs on Tees are misleading and old, it definitely needs updated.

Great Course
I ended up trying out this course last week for the first time. I had a great time and ended up out there again Friday. They have a lot of unique holes that are a ton of fun. Everyone was friendly and the pace of play was good.

Not worth the price.
Not very happy with playing golf off of the back 9. I have played hear several times over the past years. Wasn't very happy last year and the year before. I probably won't be back.

Don't play it.
Took about 5 hours to play plus being behind 25 minutes. Tee boxes were so shaggy it was tough to tee it up. Golf carts were in the worst condition I've seen any carts in. Just not a good experience. It's a shame because I like the layout and the land, but 5+ hours with the conditions were enough to make me say I'm never playing there again.

If its your closest option, go for it, but don't go out of your way to play.
Good round of golf
The course is good but greens need some help. Tee boxes can also use some work. The owner yelled as we drove the cart off the path but it was muddy and if you parked any where else you would be covered in mud.

Disappointing
Paid $28 on Tee Off, then got to the course and found out everyone else paid $15. That’s about what it was worth. Fairways and tees were in bad shape. Thanks Tee Off.
