A 3 star rating is right on par
Saw this course had a 3 star rating before I played it and it lived up to that number. Course was ok. Nothing special but I’d play it again.
Good Local Course
I play Highland often. It is a good, reasonably close course for me. the most recent management has been doing a good job of maintaining the course.
Pleasant surprise
The staff was very helpful and kind showed us where we needed to go and the pa e was a little slower then I liked but the course itself was in great shape . I would definitely suggest going to this course for a first timer or regular.
I play a lot of different courses
Had the pleasure of playing with ranger Blair and his friend Rob. Good people. Course is in GREAT condition. It’s longer then most but not too long. Humbling. I had a great time playing today.
Good course but had no concessions available.
Great course for long hitters, Long par fours on the blue course. Highly recommend. Only complaint was that it didn't offer concessions.
Needs a cart person with food / or more food inside
Good for golfing on a budget
By no means a PGA Tour-Ready course, but for $26 per player with a cart it’s hard to argue with the bang for your buck. Ladies tee boxes are atrocious and half are on uncut grass mounds, sidewalks and cart paths are in disrepair, and tee boxes aren’t as well kept as I’d have hoped, but the fairways and greens are in 4-star shape
Horrible
Had a tee time for the blue course and they wouldn’t let us play it. Red course was crowded with the slowest pace of play I’ve ever seen
Course management excellent
I’ve been playing at Highland for 30 years often on. This is the best it’s been in many years the course is in great shape and being maintained well. The only thing left is get the concession stand open, vending machines and bathroom fix blue course 10th hole put the ball washers and garbage cans back out.
Overpriced dogtrack
If you are looking to play one of the worst courses in Northeast Ohio I would definitely recommend Highland Park. The unmaintained rough, divot filled greens, boring course layout, unfriendly staff, and course conditions makes Highland Park a course to avoid. Prices were very high. I would recommend $8 for 18 holes here.
Terrible!!
This course was horrible. Not worth the time or money. All dead straight holes. Horribly maintained. Unfriendly staff. Rough thicker than a snicker. Good for a beginner golfer maybe but not at the price. Would not recommend to anyone. Worst value in the area.
im bad but the course is awesome
Awsome Course. Been playing this course since I was 13 one of the most fun. i’m just really bad.
Forced to walk
Upon arriving at the course, they told us no power carts were allowed on the course, even though the course was open. We had to walk or not play... not the best of service and wasn't given the option to play the red course or anything other than walking. No food or services at the turn, so after walking the front, no food or beverages available at the turn! Very disappointing.
