Cancelled our Tee time the day of
I used golf now to book a tee time the day before. The day of my tee time the golf course calls to tell me that what they were offering on golf now was not accurate (9 holes-riding-blue course). Course told me that they only do 18 holes walking on the blue course. This course needs to get their “stuff” together. You can’t be offering something online, have someone pay ahead of time, and then cancel the day of. By the time I was notified all the other courses in my area were booked up. Terrible. Fix the info that you have on Golf Now! I know I wasn’t the only one who had this problem.
Fast greens, fairways uncut
Due to recent rain the fairways have not been cut, but the greens are great!
Rough is thick so watch you ball flight to the end.
Once they cut fairways the week of May 7, they should be great!!
Horrible staff
The first thing I have to say is about the staff, they were incredibly rude, the entire course is was walking only and they we’re not allowing golf carts even though I paid for a cart. When I asked why they responded with horrible attitudes they were incredibly rude to me. I’ve been to a lot of golf courses because of this app and they by far were the least friendly staff I’ve ever come across. Greens were in great condition but if if there’s any chance of rain or water on the course I’d stay away. Oh and to add when making the turn on the whole 9 there is no clubhouse or anywhere to grab refreshments at all. give your money to Pine Ridge and will it be easily the best course in the area for the money.
Highland Blue Monster
This course is fantastic. Got held by group in front of us that had no clue what proper golf etiquette meant. Constantly hitting numerous balls off the tee and then they would go to pick up their balls only to re-tee. Besides that course has come along way in recent years and am excited to see what the future of this place continues to become.
Nice course great greens
I have past this course for years and never played it. This course use to hold a pga tour event back in the 70s which was cool. The layout was very fair but challenging if your find yourself in the rough. Greens were great and the groundskeepers are doing a fine job. If you have not played here before try it out you will like it
A 3 star rating is right on par
Saw this course had a 3 star rating before I played it and it lived up to that number. Course was ok. Nothing special but I’d play it again.
Good Local Course
I play Highland often. It is a good, reasonably close course for me. the most recent management has been doing a good job of maintaining the course.
Pleasant surprise
The staff was very helpful and kind showed us where we needed to go and the pa e was a little slower then I liked but the course itself was in great shape . I would definitely suggest going to this course for a first timer or regular.
I play a lot of different courses
Had the pleasure of playing with ranger Blair and his friend Rob. Good people. Course is in GREAT condition. It’s longer then most but not too long. Humbling. I had a great time playing today.
Good course but had no concessions available.
Great course for long hitters, Long par fours on the blue course. Highly recommend. Only complaint was that it didn't offer concessions.
