Tom was the pro when the course was private and runs the course now with as much pride as when it was private.

He will give you an insight on the course layout if you want before your first round there. The nine hole course is a challenging one for average golfer. Try it sometime!

The course was in great shape and the personnel are very friendly. With lots of sloped fairways and greens ,it offers a bit of a challenge to the average golfer. The course plays fast and I usually play the 9 holes in 2 hours.

The front desk will do anything to help great people. The green roll true and are always some of the best greens we play on all year. The sand in the bunkers are always soft and deep and in great shape. Fairways are weed free and fun to hit from.the course layout is challenging but fair. The fifth hole has the best approach shot in the area, to a very tough green. We love this course!

Only had time for nine holes so this worked out perfectly. Weather was a little chilly. 46 degrees but comfortable. Course was in fantastic shape for this time of year. The greens were very tricky and fast. I only live 10 minutes from course and used to drive by there every day to work. Glad I went there. It only cost me $5 by going through new app called Last Minute Golfer. This a great app. Most courses only charge $10 for 18 holes this time of year.

Discovered this course earlier this year.. It is a gem.. Although only 9 holes.. Great condition, and fantastic staff.

The greens need work. They are either way too fast or are not smooth.

Beautiful old style course that is a true test of golf. Course is in excellent shape, especially the greens. The greens were the best that I have play on recently. Staff was very friendly.

This was one of the nicest courses I have played in the area. They only have 9 holes but they do a great job maintaining the course. Greens were very consistent. Highly recommend this course to anyone.

This course is a long for 9 holes. It is tough, therefore you can play it twice and make it 18 holes. Great condition!

Fairways great, greens great, staff great, pace of play needs improvement. They knew they had a slow group and did nothing to speed them . The group in front of us quit after 3 holes. Need a ranger to keep them going.

I've enjoyed playing golf here until recently. The new golf pro Tony has had a attitude problem since I first met him. Through an online radio auction I won several auctions to play golf here. Upon meeting him the first time I was told that he would not accept these certificates anymore. I talked calmly to him and was told he would honor all remaining ones that I had (one that I was using that day plus two additional). I recently went back to the course and was allowed to use the one that I brought with me. He then said he would not take the other certificate that I had without paying for a cart which was included per the certificates. I was also told that I had to complete my round in 2 hours and 10 minutes or he threatened to kick us off the course. I was trying to play a relaxing round with my brothers and my dad. We enjoy our golf rounds together and with this added time pressure, we felt pressured from the start. We are not the fastest golfers but we do not have a problem allowing faster players to play through. Basically I am out the money I spent for winning a auction as I would rather lose my my money than ever give Tony more money to play here. I will never play at this course again and will advise all people that I know to never play here either because of the way I was treated.
The course I would give 4 stars but the service I would give none.

Great setup well maintained. Lay out to challenge a good golfer. Price point is great. Pace may be a little on the slow side because it's affordable. Tough place to start learning the game. If you don't enjoy it you may need professional help.

I've played this course a few years ago and thought it was only ok then. Today we play and the course is in great shape. Tee shots are tricky, approach shots are long and greens are tough. Great course overall.

Tip: if you've never played the course please play with someone who has or you will be in a lot of trouble off the tee.

This course was in fantastic shape and had a really nice layout. It had very true doglegs, 2nd shots forced you to use some long irons. The greens were in great shape. We were really excited with the layout and conditions. Everyone should give this course a run.

Fun course to play, challenging greens. This course seems to be shaping up well over the past few seasons I have played there.

I booked last minute to play nine holes hoping to beat the rain. I only was able to play 8 of the 9 holes. What a beautiful course/layout/scenery/challenging. Considering the amount of rain we had previously the course was relatively wet free. The greens were some of the best I have putted on in the area. The fairways were plush and the ball sat up nice. The staff member in the pro shop was friendly and helpful. I absolutely loved this hidden gem. I will b back.

Course had challenging Par 4's, mostly around 400 yards with a lot of rolling hills. Bunkers are excellent, and there are plenty of them protecting the greens (which were still very tricky even in mid-November 36 degree weather). I never really thought much about going to this course because I usually like to play 18, but I definitely plan on returning as it matches up favorably with any of the competitors in the area.
