Wedgwood Country Club
About
Wedgewood Country Club in Turnersville is one of the most popular public golf courses in the Tri-State area. It offers an upscale atmosphere with a traditional layout that pays homage to Philadelphia's most prestigious and renowned private courses. The course is like playing two in one with a front nine that is spacious and open while the back nine is much tighter and more heavily tree lined. The entire Wedgewood layout sprawls across gentle undulating terrain, providing subtle breaks throughout that will test your skills. There are two holes that are particularly memorable, the 13th, one of the toughest par 4s in the area, and the 17th, a tough par 5. The 13th is a lengthy par 4 that requires a second shot over water with a long club to a difficult target. Wedgewood Country Club's penultimate hole demands accuracy with an uphill drive through a chute.

Golfer Reviews
The course was tough if you can't hit the ball straight off the drive. The course wasn't in good condition and needs maintenance, but overall fun time.
Great Sunday Afternoon Round
Good day to take in 9 for an afternoon. Had a great time.
Still Great
Pace of Play was Outstanding. 4 hours for 18 great shape tee boxes need some work as well as the traps but greens were good and quick and indulated
Love what they’re doing to the place
I have played here 4 or 5 times this season. They have improved tremendously since last season by laying down new sod and adding GPS trackers to the carts; definitely enhances the experience. My only complaint is all the geese that hang out on the coarse and the droppings that they leave all over the place needs to be addressed. Great go-to course for me though!
Nice Golf Course Recommend it
First time I played here. Course conditions were good for not a private course. Nice people in the Pro Shop so I bought a nice Wedgewood Golf Hat. Nice layout some holes tight great challenge to all handicaps. Playing it again this Saturday so great course great time great service Great prices.
Hornets Everywhere
Every hole has about 2-3 hornets nest buried in the fairway. Very unpleasant and difficult to play with all those hornets flying around.
Unexpected
Wasn’t expecting much from a course with an Average At Best! GolfNow reviews (62%).
Huge, FLAT, clean tee boxes!
Well maintained and shaped fairways.
Bunkers with “fluffy” sand that have been placed with purpose.
And 7000+ yards.
The only slightly negative thing I’d mention are the greens, they’re really slow and have a shocking amount of little bare spots from ball marks.
Good layout, just don’t pay full price
The course is decent overall. Greens were great, fairways mostly good, teeboxes hit or miss. The bunkers were terrible. The course layout is pretty good too. The back 9 is probably the hardest in the area. Overall from the whites you’ll mostly be hitting driver for every par 4 and 5 which I like.
GPS in the carts which is nice but it’s not like the great ones I’ve seen at other courses.
The price tag is the main issue with this place. The course is not worth 69 dollars. If you can get a hot deal for 40-50 dollars it’s worth it. I hope eventually they lower the price or start having evening tee times be cheaper
Mr. Winston
Course was in good shape. Very nice greens. I will play it again.
Pace of play was very slow however 6 of the back nine holes were CART PATH ONLY ! And 3 holes on the front 9 were CART PATH ONLY …, perhaps this explains the very slow pace of play …? Course was not wet it was dried so why 9 holes CART PATH ONLY …?
Good Local Option
Some holes in better shape than others, but overall conditions were great given all the heat.
Would definitely play again. Challenging greens
