Wedgwood Country Club
About
Wedgewood Country Club in Turnersville is one of the most popular public golf courses in the Tri-State area. It offers an upscale atmosphere with a traditional layout that pays homage to Philadelphia's most prestigious and renowned private courses. The course is like playing two in one with a front nine that is spacious and open while the back nine is much tighter and more heavily tree lined. The entire Wedgewood layout sprawls across gentle undulating terrain, providing subtle breaks throughout that will test your skills. There are two holes that are particularly memorable, the 13th, one of the toughest par 4s in the area, and the 17th, a tough par 5. The 13th is a lengthy par 4 that requires a second shot over water with a long club to a difficult target. Wedgewood Country Club's penultimate hole demands accuracy with an uphill drive through a chute.

Not worth the premium
I paid about $37 for my round because it was a hot deal and also had a 30% off promo but I would never play this course at full price. Bunkers play like home depot sand and overall the course is in meh condition. The layout of the course is nice though; I liked a lot of the holes. Pace of play was pretty terrible too. We were a threesome chasing a twosome who was behind a foursome and by the last 3 holes we'd have to wait 5 minutes before it was clear to tee off
Great course, can’t wait to play in the summer!
Great course even in the winter. Layout is great and I can’t remember the last time I needed to use every club for different shots. I would highly recommend this course!
Very good course.
After a bad winter, I expected the course to be in worse shape. Wasn't bad for this time of year. This course is always in good shape, and it's a nice challenge. Enjoy this course a lot.
Not much to say
A lot of work being done to course would’ve been nice to have a heads up about. Tees were not even set up on tee boxes at all and one green apparently was moved 50 yards up and in middle of approaching fairway instead. Lot of work to be done here. Won’t be back for a while, if ever.
Not good value
I’ll give them credit, they were working on the course and should be nice come summer. But to charge $50 for a course that almost every hole is being worked on is absurd. I have no problem paying for a decent course, but this place is highly overpriced at the moment.
Pretty good
A few greens beat up a little. For price good value.
Leaves
Too many leaves all over the course, as no one cleaned. Lost more balls in the leaves than I should have. Definitely recommend to others not to go to Wedgwood. Very unhappy.
Great course for the money
With COVID I'm new to golf. So 30 yard drives and topping irons slows me down. Felt bad for the group behind me, as I couldn't let them pass as tee times where on top of each other. Other than that course was awesome. Pretty challenging and held up well with the rain. Enjoyed it and will be back.
Lower the prices!
This Place would be mobbed if they charged $40 and not $70. Needs some TLC and a more welcome atmosphere and business will ramp up!
Not so great.
Haven't played Wedgwood in many years. Not as nice as I remember it. The clubhouse and restaurant look shabby as you arrive. In need of some fixing up. The course was pretty empty and for $59 I can see why. The fairways had many patches of weeds. The rough was unplayable. The greens for the most part weren't bad. Slow but mostly grass. The layout is nice but this place needs some major maintenance.
