Marysville Golf Club
About
Marysville Golf Club has been one of the most popular public golfing options in the area since it opened as a nine-hole course in 1932. A second nine was added in the 70s, completing the layout as it exists today. Save for a few mild undulations the course is mostly flat, providing an enjoyable walk. The fast bentgrass greens provide a good opportunity to use your short game skills. There are a few small ponds that come into play as well as a meandering stream. While there isn't a plentiful amount of bunkers there are enough strategically placed throughout to provide a fair challenge. Marysville Golf Club is not overly difficult but the versatile layout has a playability that will appeal to players of all skill levels.

Need a ranger
Ive played the course many times, and it's one of my favorites, but a 5-hour round is miserable when it's because of one or two individual groups that don't let anyone play through and don't know how to play. A ranger could have helped a lot. We could see the groups holding up everybody else but had no way to to make them start picking up.
Great Day
Played with my son today. Weather was perfect and course was in good shape. Some areas of Ground Under Repair, otherwise condition was good. Staff was very attentive and we will definitely return and play again soon.
Fun layout, friendly staff
Played this course for the first time after a week of a lot of rain so condition was soggy (cart path only, smooshy greens with some cups full of water). With that said, really enjoyed the course. Great layout, fair challenging holes. Clubhouse staff very friendly. Carts had GPS screens, really unexpected.
They keep it fun for mid to high handicapers!
The course was in great shape, greens were great and the rough was short enough to make it fun to play.
Play could have been faster.
Course condition was very good. Play was pretty slow.
Great track - new investments making it better
Played for the first time - 8 if us and all enjoyed the course. Some interesting holes and fun shots. Greens and fairways were excellent…tee boxes and cart paths were a bit rough. Investments in the course are on a rise…great pub atmosphere with virtual booth, pool and nice facilities. New GPS on the carts. People could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Look forward to many repeat trips.
