First time out after knee surgery
Everyone in our family is an avid golfer. This was my first time out after knee surgery. I forgot how tough Pleasant Valley can be! Hahaha the course was in great shape except for just a few dry dirt spots and one hole that unfortunately I stepped in. Luckily my knee was fine and I'll go back again soon!
Best public park I ever played on. Fairways were excellent and greens well kept

A very difficult course...
The course plays long and the back 9 is much more difficult than the front.
Good Value
Long layout from midfle tees Conditions generally good. Smooth rolling greens. Rough not too long - which makes this course fee strokes easier than Sleepy Hollow, Manakiki, etc., where rough is punitively close to fairways and greens. Cart paths are full of ruts and holes so bring an extra seat cushion! Overall good place to play.
Great summer day
Great course! Fairways greens, and tee boxes in very good condition. Course is fair, but challenging. Look forward to going back! Great set up for women too.
Beautiful condition
Had not played PV for about 20 years. What a “pleasant” surprise. The course was in near country club condition. Plush fairways, soft greens that were quick but not too fast. A must play in the Cleveland area.

Play this course quite often, and it’s always in great shape. The greens were outstanding today! Great course!!!
Wide Fairways
Being a novice golfer, I liked the wide open spaces. No lost balls!
A good, straightforward golf course
I've played Pleasant Valley a handful of times over the last few years and it's never disappointed. It's not the longest or most challenging course you'll ever play, but the layout has character.
The course was in very good condition, aside from a couple of tee boxes. The greens were well maintained and rolled true. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my interactions with them. Pace of play was excellent, even though the course was solidly booked. I will definitely play this course again!
In the top 4 public courses in greater Cleveland Area
I didn’t play as well as I would of like but that was not due to layout or conditions. Great track
