Rancocas Golf Club

Greens were recently aerated so they're just okay but the rest of the course is in great condition.

They’ve fallen behind the standard of their ownerships other two courses, Golden Pheasant and the Links. Both of those courses are in immaculate shape and Rancocas is a little rough around the edges. Bunkers are all in rough shape, greens were recently aerated so they’re very bumpy. Their little snack shack at the turn wasn’t open so you couldn’t get anything as you make the turn. No ranger out on the course to move along the slower playing groups in front of us.

The course is not in great shape. The greens were very recently aerated, and there was sand all over the greens. It looked like someone drove all over the greens with sand covering the tires and there was no attempt to clean it. None of the bunkers were swept and some were unplayable. Anything off of the fairway/fringe is dirt or very patchy grass. Fairways were in good shape, that’s mostly it.

I like the course. Played here before but not for 5 years. They cleared out some brush and opened up some areas on course since then. Had just aerated greens but still played fair. Annoying though grumpy ranger wouldn’t allow us to finish the last few holes, was 7pm and they were closing at 7:30. Guess they wanted all the carts in and whatnot 🤷‍♂️. Will be back in summer.

Robert Trent jones jr course. Layout was good. Played before season starts so course not in excellent shape. But the potential is there

The overall course is in pretty good shape, and they are putting a good deal of money back into the course, new sod on tees, cart path improvements and tweaking of certain holes. The greens very vastly improved since the last round I played there, not as many ball marks. The fairways were ok, it's clear most other golfers have no idea about replacing divots or filling them in. Overall, a pretty good experience, and will definately be back.

Course was in fine shape for winter play; cart included in price, competitive rate.

A nice warm day for golf in the fall. I played here they previous week for same reason. Fall and I know leaves are dropping.

But today there was way too many leaves everywhere which made it very disappointing. Especially the back nine had leaves on fairways and greens. They are five inch leaves in some areas and completely cover your ball. Too many lost under leaves. Putting was ridiculous with leaves all over green it was worse than aeration.

There were grounds keepers around and in my opinion they should have been out with leaf blowers all day making the course playable.

Im really rating golf now, not the course. Closed due to weather. Trying to get refund. No way to contact golf now on site and ask for refund. Give me a number or email please.

The course was in great shape. There is one green that desperately needs aeration; maybe two. Overall they are doing a great job. Fall golfing is tough with all of the leaves. A good golfer won’t have to worry as much because they did a great job keeping the leaves off the fairway and greens. The inside staff were really friendly and professional. The starter was kind-of a J.O. And we had a brief interaction with a seemingly miserable young man in the cart return area. I do appreciate being able to take the carts to your vehicle. I’m looking forward to seeing the new set up (2 buildings) over by 10. We did use the range and a majority of the balls were new. There was a sign on the range ball machine that referenced people taking range balls home; that may be due to the fact that your pin number(purchase) actually expires if you don’t use it that day. I can see guys taking their bucket home rather than waste 10-15 bucks. I enjoyed this course but won’t be back real soon. I found 3 or 4 holes to be fun. The rest of the course was rather boring. Hopefully the design improves as the course continues to evolve.

Stuck behind a slow 3-some, who wouldn’t let us play through them, tying up the whole course all day. Ranger comes up to my group tells us we have to pick it up the course is getting backed up. Told him to watch the group in front of us for a hole and he’d realize it’s not us, told me not to “get smart” with him. Course is in great shape but my past few times here the staff has made it a less than ideal experience.
