Great layout
Play this coarse alot and everyday is getting better. The only thing that might be a downer is they are growing alot more of fescue grass. For the average golfer this might be a little too much And slow down play again.

Pleasantly Surprised
The improvements to this course are so noticeable. Let’s start with the fact they changed the nines around. This makes a world of difference because it separates the boys and the men early in the round. I also like the pin placement system instead of different flag color. Noticeable trees have been cut to open up play but keep it challenging. You’ve already read about the tee boxes-ALL FLAT. All greens were great but have different speed throughout the course. I really love what they did to old 9-now 18. The two water hazards is a great idea.
My only suggestion would be to net off driving range. It’s not fun on 10 and 18 when you have yellow balls screaming at you. Great job guys. Although not worth $74. I would pay $60 all day.

Things are looking great!
It was so nice to play here again with perfect greens and tee boxes. I grew up on this course when it was private and immaculately manicured. It was a championship level course. I had refused to play there again after the conditions had become so bad it wasn’t worth $25.00. The new owners are spending money and it truly shows. I saw sand dumped around a few green side bunkers with others that had been completed and played like traps are supposed to. It is worth playing again now that it’s in the family with Golden Pheasant and the Links. Thank you guys, your doing a fine job.

Nice course. You can see that they are spending money for improvements
Need someone to move the slower golfers. The group in front of us were driving up to greens and were 1 1/2 -2 holes behind all day

Improved course
I've played this course in the past. It's been greatly improved. The fairways were greener and in much better condition than I remember. The greens were true and the traps were well sanded. The main deterrent in the past was the condition of the tee boxes; they were in awful condition. It's clear that the new owners of the course made this a priority. I'll be back.

Should be ashamed
It's a shame this course is so expensive now. In the past you could roll up and play for $33 throughout the year. They also had golf pass which was nice. I always thought Pheasant was overpriced now they brought that mentality to Rancocas. You want the game to grow! Do better fellas. I can pay $10 more and play way better courses.

Not worth the price of admission
64 bucks for the current condition is not worth it. Several other courses in the area are in better shape for cheaper. Greens are pretty good, the rest needs love. Several bunkers that are in need of a lot of work. Feels like there is construction/work happening on nearly every hole so hopefully it improves. Overall, could be a top public course in the area if they invest the time and effort to clean it up. Right now though, not worth the money.

Great pace, great shape!
The work is paying off. Kudos to management and the entire team grinding to getting the course in tip top shape. Only gonna get better, but I'm scared the secret will get out ane that the slots will fill up and affect the pace in a bad way. Maybe the price may keep folks at bay ;)
