Arrowhead Golf Club

About
Arrowhead Golf Club is an 18-hole public course in North Canton. The course is player friendly enough for all skill levels. It's not the most formidable test in the area but it's great for a quick and casual round. It's also an ideal layout for beginners who are just starting out since it provides a few challenges while not being overly punishing. The holes are mostly straightforward with a few strategically placed bunkers bordering the greens. You won't find very much water throughout the golf course but it does come into play occasionally. One of the most memorable holes is a water hole. The green on the par-4 second hole is nearly an island green with a lake that borders it on three sides. Water also comes into play on the final hole.

Fine for beginners or families
Course layout is rather straight and easy, staff is very friendly. Course is not in good shape, greens are inconsistent and full of debilitating marks, almost every tee box is uneven. A lot of this can be attributed to players not replacing divots and fixing ball marks, but overall the course was a below average experience for a low handicap golfer. Nice for a stress-free round with a less-skilled friend or family member, however.
Not that great
The fairways were stressed with large areas of no grass. Greens were in average shape for a municipal course. The only way to play here is with a Hot Deal price.
Excellent
Really nice take care of the fairway and greens,
The Distance measurements are close enough
Poor Condition
Played here for the first time today and I never write reviews on anything but this was pretty bad. Course is a very confusing layout with holes to close together. They also decided to put a practice range in between hole 1 and another hole and you can’t ever find your ball. Fairways were very patchy and divots all over the greens. Only marker on the course are the stakes. Pro shop doesn’t have much. Won’t be back, lots of other options in the area for around same money.
Solid golf course but nothing else
Good course but everything else wa's second rate.
Golf carts were at least 20 years old. Old and dirty.
Not Bad
First time playing this course and went with a buddy who is a higher handicap. We went during the week, pace of play was fast until we ran into a 5some on hole 13, ouch. Course is very short, I played it as a practice round so I hit a lot of different shots off the tee, never hit driver. Course condition was actually pretty decent, layout was very easy. I will play again during the week to work on my game because it was more fun than the range and well priced but would not play a weekly skins game at Arrowhead.
A joke
If your the type of golfer who doesn't care about pace of play , horrible bunkers , greens and tees not kept well this is the place for you. Bunkers are an absolute joke no way do they have sand in them only. Whether they are raked or not it's like hitting off concrete. Greens always have debris on them , ball marks not repaired cleat marks all over the place. Obviously they don't enforce etiquette here. Pace of play is joke any course that allows 5somes or more is wrong. unless a dire change is made here I'll never be back
