Arrowhead Golf Club
About
Arrowhead Golf Club is an 18-hole public course in North Canton. The course is player friendly enough for all skill levels. It's not the most formidable test in the area but it's great for a quick and casual round. It's also an ideal layout for beginners who are just starting out since it provides a few challenges while not being overly punishing. The holes are mostly straightforward with a few strategically placed bunkers bordering the greens. You won't find very much water throughout the golf course but it does come into play occasionally. One of the most memorable holes is a water hole. The green on the par-4 second hole is nearly an island green with a lake that borders it on three sides. Water also comes into play on the final hole.

Great Value!
There were several groups of high school players practicing in front of me so the starter allowed me tee off the back first. Played 18 in only 2 hours and 20 minutes.
3 deep and still not off scheduled Tee Time on #1
Staff great! Marshall NOT doing their job. Waiting on #1 at tee time & 3 groups still waiting to tee off.
Older Gentlemen allowed us to tee off #10. Course conditions were excellent & greens little fast. Great lay out.
We finished in 1:25 minutes. Only to check back in @ club house and we can't go off #1 or play back again, which we would have because it was fun & challengeing. There was an outing scheduled. I feel it's in excusable to have an outing and yet have tee times knowing that it will cause problems for those paying to play 18". Yes we were given a rain check for 9 holes thank you Mr. Gentleman in green. Just poor professional courtesy in scheduling. Play the course during the week. Hit them straight.
Basic
It was a basic course with not a lot of difficult holes.
Felt like a very old course, that I assume was wonderful in its day!! Awful dry! Liked the course overall, but had to follow a very small scramble, 2 groups??? that held the entire course up and made for a long day.
Nice
Really nice course and friendly staff. Course was in good shape and the greens were true. Drove 1-1/2 hours to play here and will certainly do it again.
Excellent Experience
Amazing course and experience at an amazing price. Course has enough challenge yet very playable for players of all levels. Please don't forget to fix your ball mark, if we all did this + 1 we would never have issues!
My go-to course
I love this course. It's like 2 mins from my house and is always a fun course to play. Well maintained and friendly staff. It's a playable course that has some challenges but nothing impossible.
Good course
Ill be returning to golf it was cheep it was well taken care of i just played the back tho because of the leauges.. ill be returning to play the full 18 in the next day or so
Slow play
Nice course. Challenging holes. Slow play though. Maybe weekdays are better.
Fun Course, affordable course if you can overlook a few things.
Fun Layout. A bit slow. I got stuck behind an older 5 some that would not let me play thru so i had to skip a hole. Also saw other 5 somes and an 8 some on one hole. Not sure why the course would allow this. This course was previously private and is open to the public. The course offers very inexpensive yearly memberships, which most likely contributes to the slow play and hit and miss conditions. Members were not concerned with me playing through. The first 7 holes are on one side of the property and are fairly flat and fun. Holes 8 thru 18 are on the other side of the parking lot and are very hilly and more challenging. Greens and fairways are in great shape. Bunkers were without sand and not raked and were unplayable and the tee boxes were very shaggy. Keep in mind it is early in the year and full maintenance has not probably been completed yet. Enjoyed my round and course plays easier than course rating. Had fun playing but will probably not play again anytime soon.
Pleasantly Surprised!
I used to live right in front of this course, and I didn't play then. That is unfortunate for many reasons, but most of all for the fact that Arrowhead is a challenge. Similar to Seven Hills in Hartville, but not quite as difficult. I had a good round here, and came up about 7" short of my first hole-in-one, on number 7 (par 3).
Very friendly course
As a fairly new player I liked this course, a lot of long straight always, not a ton of obsticales but enough to make it slightly challenging and almost had a hole in one on a 175 yard par 3, took two bounces and hit the peg... So close ... Good course though, I plan on playing it again
Great time out
Had a wonderful time on the course and a relaxing time on the patio after.
Good Course for the Money
Overall this is a great local course. The layout is fun and there are opportunities for good scores. Typically easy to get a tee time and the location is very convenient.
The only issues are some of the tee boxes are in need of repair, and a few of the greens also need some maintenance. Pace of play can also suffer when it gets crowded, but that is not a unique problem.
