About
Cumberland Trail Golf Club is a par-72, Championship layout course that was designed by the Hurdzan/Fry Design team in the year 2000. The golf course offers five different sets of tees tipping it to over 7,200 yards providing an equal challenge for any golfer. Since its opening, Cumberland Trail Golf Club has been known for having the "Best Greens in Columbus." Cumberland not only provides the experience of putting on tour greens, it now provides the overall golf experience every golfer desires when they step out of their car at the golf course.

Great course and challenging layout, bad pace of play
Great track and great layout. Well maintained and taken care of. Pace of play is very bad and needs a lot of work. Played on holiday weekend but still, a round should never take 5 hours to play 18 holes. You cannot wait on every shot on every hole and expect it to be enjoyable.
Great Course
Easy booking and availability of tee times. Course was fun and challenging. Liked the option of the Blue/White split tees. Fairways and greens were in great shape. Bunkers were really light on sand and tee boxes were pretty used, although we did play on a Monday morning. The carts do not have screens/GPS and some hazards/OB areas aren't obviously marked on the scorecard. Would recommend using an app or service that gives flyover, course map, etc to stay out of unexpected trouble! Great round, will definitely be back to play again.
The best public course I've played within 30 minutes of Columbus
Despite lots of rain the last few weeks, the course was in great shape, and the greens were rolling true. I was impressed at the layout as well. Every par 5 played as a 3 shot hole for me as a medium length hitter, and the par 3s were difficult, putting an emphasis on taking advantage of the par 4s under 400 yards. Lots of 140 and 150 yard approach shots made short irons paramount. Excellent course, would recommend for all skill levels, but particularly lower handicap golfers who are looking for a challenge.

Best Bang for your Buck
Our experience was absolutely phenomenal. Played 18 holes with a cart on a sunny afternoon. Conditions were well kept, staff is very friendly, and the layout is great. $41 to ride 18 on a wonderful course. Would recommend to all golfers looking for a good course to play.
