Beautiful Course
Well manicured fairways, cut was very low! Greens were recently aerated but by no means bumpy. Groundskeepers made playing a pleasure! Tee-times through GN . Foursome for $62.00. Nice……
needed help moving
the rough was just crazy long. should of got discount or told about lack of Maintenance people
Flying B
Fun and friendly staff. Nice all around course. One of the most difficult holes in NE Ohio is the number 10, par 4. You’ll love cursing this hole.
Nice layout, good value
Very wet morning but the course layout was great and the greens were fast and true. Front nine was easy but the back nine had some challenging holes. $31 to walk on a Saturday morning made it a great value. Will play again.
Flying B challenging and fun
It was after a rain but the greens were still very friendly.

Spent a wonderful afternoon playing 18 holes at the B. I don’t think I will make an after noonish tee time here again. The backups became to affect my appreciation for the challenge and beauty of this course. A ranger may have helped…
A Course to be Emulated
If the majority of the courses in NE Ohio were in as good a condition as the Flying B, this would be one of the best golf areas in the country. Their green fees are below almost every course in the area, yet they are somehow able to maintain the course at a level that any private course would be expected to. Point is it proves it can be done and thus eliminates any excuse for the majority of courses in NE that are minimally maintained and have average conditions for their fairways and greens. Given the amount of rain and moderate temperatures we experienced this year every course had the opportunity to be in its best condition. So what the conditions were this year is the best they can due and reflects the investment and commitment ownership has relative to maintaining the course. Unfortunately, more than half the course in NE Ohio showed they invest little and are not that committed. Perhaps they should call the Flying B and find out how to do it.
Beautiful course
All around great features from fairways to greens. Groundskeepers do an amazing job keeping course in pristine condition. Great course for all to enjoy! Easy layout with a couple of doglegs. Really enjoyable day in western Ohio. Will play again and again
Back nine much tougher
Holes 10-13 is a tough stretch. Cool layout in very good shape for late in the season. Back nine is tighter and greens and trickier. Would come back in a heartbeat. Tough time on the greens but that is more error operator than course layout
Best course for the money
Expertly maintained by a dedicated staff Flying Bee offers excellent rates to eastern Ohio residents and western Pennsylvania residents alike. Extremely well kept greens, friendly staff, low prices, and an all around properly cared for course will keep me coming back for more.
They told us back 9 was close do to Air rated Fairways
They told us we had to play the front 9 over again because of the backnine fairways were Air rated I wish I was told that I would not have played that golf course if I known the back 9 wasn't playableSomehow they should have said something to golf now it said 9 holes only on a frontI sure will not play that golf course ever again I feel like I was cheatedOr will I ever tell anybody else to play that golf courseI traveled over an hour to play that golf course
