Flying B
Fun and friendly staff. Nice all around course. One of the most difficult holes in NE Ohio is the number 10, par 4. You’ll love cursing this hole.
Nice layout, good value
Very wet morning but the course layout was great and the greens were fast and true. Front nine was easy but the back nine had some challenging holes. $31 to walk on a Saturday morning made it a great value. Will play again.
Flying B challenging and fun
It was after a rain but the greens were still very friendly.

Spent a wonderful afternoon playing 18 holes at the B. I don’t think I will make an after noonish tee time here again. The backups became to affect my appreciation for the challenge and beauty of this course. A ranger may have helped…
A Course to be Emulated
If the majority of the courses in NE Ohio were in as good a condition as the Flying B, this would be one of the best golf areas in the country. Their green fees are below almost every course in the area, yet they are somehow able to maintain the course at a level that any private course would be expected to. Point is it proves it can be done and thus eliminates any excuse for the majority of courses in NE that are minimally maintained and have average conditions for their fairways and greens. Given the amount of rain and moderate temperatures we experienced this year every course had the opportunity to be in its best condition. So what the conditions were this year is the best they can due and reflects the investment and commitment ownership has relative to maintaining the course. Unfortunately, more than half the course in NE Ohio showed they invest little and are not that committed. Perhaps they should call the Flying B and find out how to do it.
Beautiful course
All around great features from fairways to greens. Groundskeepers do an amazing job keeping course in pristine condition. Great course for all to enjoy! Easy layout with a couple of doglegs. Really enjoyable day in western Ohio. Will play again and again
