Painful
Tee times were stacked so close together that it was as if the course thought everyone was a pro - because in order for the shceduale to be maintained that would need to happen. 15 min late on us teeing off, paired with under 13 yr old kids that were walking, took 2hrs45min to play 9 holes.
Great Overall Experience
Saw other reviews complaining about slow play. Finished in about 4 hours on a Saturday morning. Nice layout, course in good shape, great pace of play.
Didn’t even finish
Why would allow people to book tee times if they can’t finish. They jam so many leagues in who play so slow and then allow people to book tee times after the leagues. Teed off a little before 6:30 and it was 8:30 by the time we finished hole 7. There were still 3 groups waiting on the tee box on hole 8. Drove off the course after that. Paid $30 to play 7 holes on an okay course with concrete greens. Probably will never come back.
Great course and value
Great course! Fairways and greens were in excellent condition, pace of play was the only thing that could have been better. They seem to stack the tee times every 8 minutes.
My Second Favorite Den
Still a nice course. But not worth the price. Can't understand why these guys and several other courses I used to play frequently have gotten so expensive. Granted, reasonable compared to courses in expensive areas in the South and out West, but we're in freakin' OHIO!! Hope this pricing doesn't last for the senior golfer's sake!
Booked for the wrong day
I have played this course before and was very eager to play it again. I went to course website to book a tee time for 7/3, and was redirected to GolfNow to book. When I was on GolfNow there was a Hot Deal and assumed it was for 7/3, but on the day of the tee time I thought I had, GolfNow was defaulted to the current day. I paid $81 for a twosome, but wasted my money on the tee time due to GolfNow defaulting to the the current day. Would love it if could get a rain check from the course cause the course is fantastic.
