Battle Creek Golf Club

I loved the course. It was challenging and the course was in pretty good shape all around. The only negative was at check in. The individual checking us in must of been having a bad day, because he wasn’t very friendly. There’s lots of courses in Broken Arrow, so if you don’t feel welcomed, it makes it hard to come back

The fairways and greens were in good condition. The course layout was weird. I would not recommend walking it since some of the holes are a long way from each other. Other than that, good. It was a little pricey but not too bad.

Great course. Had a wonderful time playing here. Course is in good shape, greens are excellent, carts are new and clean. Fantastic value for the money. Can't go wrong playing here.

Course was in decent shape for just coming out of winter. The greens were cared for but some spot pre-emergent might help some collars and tee box areas.

Our trip to Battle Creek was a good one, but not great. First off, let me say the staff at Battle Creek from check-in, to the grill, and the starter, everyone was absolutely fantastic and super kind. Can’t say enough about the staff.

As for the course, positives: the greens are very good, and they have maintenance actively taking care of little spots that need some attention but nothing major. However, the fairways are not good. A lot of muddy spots as well as areas of just dirt and not very well taken care of grass. Don’t know if storms or winter or some thing has messed with it and made it pretty poor but not good. Does it make it unplayable? No, but certainly not great.

Other than that it was really nice. The food/drink is spectacularly cheap in price as well from the grill so take advantage of that if you can.

Also NOTE: if you play on a windy day, just forget about a good score. Several holes on the back if going into the wind are near impossible to even get to the green in regulation. I am 23, and can hit a drive about to 280-290 and struggled majorly against the wind on several holes.

In short: great staff, decent facilities, fairways need work.

This course is awesome for me. I’m very new to golf and everything battle creek has to offer helps a ton with making golf fun and easy. Staff is always friendly.

Great course, all carts have digital GPS and tracking. Course plays decent some repairs going on but always fun to play there. Even for winter greens are in great shape.

Fun Course. Pace of play not too bad, but slow groups occasionally. The GEOFense system on the carts is a pain.

Course is in really good condition. Tee boxes are really well taken care of. Fairways are green and soft. Greens are receptive and fairly fast. Ball rolls great on the greens. Overall this round was great.
