Meh
People are great, starter... kids out front all real nice. Course is nice, not great but it is April. Some good holes, some not so good... I kept thinking they tried to squeeze 18 pounds of potato’s in a 10 pound bag... with some of the holes. I’ll be back, but not for $115
Good Challenging Course
Great course in the Rockland area. Well maintained fairways and greens. Challenging course with elevated greens on both the 9th and 18th holes. Great staff, especially Paul who facilitated our getting our tee times.
The course is scenic
Enjoyed the nice scenery on the course and the staff was very friendly and courteous.

Excellent course, great location, and the staff is 2nd to none. Excited to be part of the family. Have been looking for a course to call home, priced well, with the right feel to settle in as a member and NYCC checks every box. The course provides a variety of unique challenges as well as distinct familiarities from some of my favorite courses. It has a fairly traditional feel to it which is great for practicing regularly, but it also has lots of character with regard to a few of the elevation shots the course offers, as well as a handful of tight lofted fairways and their defensive greens. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, inspiring and challenging round, and more so to anyone looking for a quality membership opportunity. Great view from the grill room as well as 10 & 18 to remind everyone why it’s New York’s Country Club.

Amazing course
Great course with very friendly staff.
It really is an undiscovered gem in NY that doesn’t get enough play during the week. Every hole is different with changes in elevation / water features that enhance the beauty and complexity of the course. I play here all the time with my son. Weekday prices are incredibly cheap and always include a cart.

Great course!
I joined NYCC this year, and it has been a fantastic experience thus far. The course is challenging, and it is kept in great condition. The prices are very reasonable too compared to what else is in the area. I would recommend this course to anyone looking for a great day of golfing.

Great course, great staff, I'm coming back as often as my wife lets me!
I used to play all the local muni courses in the Westchester area....After playing NYCC, you quickly realize, there's no reason to play anywhere else. It's a fun track and the staff makes the experience that much better! Love what they did with the refinished bar area. Highly recommended...Just don't take the early tee time. Thats mine! haha

Staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The course itself just isn't my favorite. fairways are wonky, where you'll hit a great shot in the middle of the fairway, but be on a slope with the ball well above your feet. Bunkers not in great condition. But fairways were and greens though earlly in the season and shaggy, in good shape. Wouldn't want to putt on those greens with a high stimp. Overall just not my favorite layout for a course, but run well, by nice people and a good clubhouse bar.
Amenities
No service on the course like cart girl/boy to even buy a bottle of water even though they said they are out there
Good Afternoon. Thank you for your comments. We apologize for any inconvenience. In the off season, Bev Cart service is limited. However, beverages and a variety of snacks are available for purchase in the Pro Shop or our newly renovated Grille Room which is also currently operating under off season hours. You can call the Pro Shop to check if the Bev Cart is out and request the cart be directed to you out on the green. We hope tp see you a back on the course again soon.
Premium Semi-Private Course and Facility
NYCC is a really nice course and beautiful facility with an interesting layout and very good conditions...
Pace of Play is a Big Issue
3 groups waiting on the first tee. Set the agonizing pace of play tone for the day. One group on green, one group on fairway and one group on the tee all day long - and no ranger to be found. Foursomes in front and hole ahead were on the green putting forever as if they were on the PGA tour Imbeciles.
