New York Country Club

I have played NYCC several times and always liked the layout. The hills slow things down but the play moves. Course was in good condition though the greens had been aerated and were very sandy. But the play was consistent and we had a good round.

Course not in best condition, partly due to drought conditions.. beat up cart path, not much sand in bunkers., slow pace of play.. no ranger in sight.

Restaurant food not as good as pre-Covid. Only one employee working..not much of a service and she billed us twice (double the amount)! Need to fix this messup

Recommend playing this course without leaves. Otherwise enjoyable

All staffs are very friendly. The green is fast and they clean the leaves 🍁 away in fairway too today. We are happy to play there today before they are going to aerate Nov.

First time at this course and it played well especially with the lack of rain we have had. I would recommend to others.

the spigots on the water jugs at each hole are literally brown w mold... its disgusting... buy some new jugs or clean those and fire your maintenance guy...do the basics guys... and get new sand for the traps... like mud in many...

It was a gorgeous day….. pace of play was slow, the greens were firm but not crazy fast, Fairways had some questions to what ?…. Tee boxes again ???

Don't like 9th hole. Very challenging and not fun at all

I couldn’t Believe the conditions that they allowed us to play in for such a top-notch course the rough was more than rough/ plainly uncut. The greens were not maintained where there were ruts as well as grass plumes on the green & that had course spots that slowed the ball down and only certain sections of the green,were playing cirrectly. Several greens were bear and others rough.

This is not how it used to be. It appears that the courses letting to be rundown for a potential sale. It looks like such a shame that such a beautiful golf course would let go and it will have to let me go.Too !

I enjoy playing here when the pace is as good as it was this week. I’m not crazy about the 9th and 18th holes. But I guess they’re a good challenge for whoever has that much power!

Nobody fixes their ball marks on the greens! It's incredibly frustrating and worse than a $40 muni. These greens would be some of the best around if golfers could do their jobs and fix their ball marks. If you have a makable you'll need to spend time fixing at least 5 ball marks to give yourself a chance at a true roll. Something needs to be done about the greenside bunkers too. It is basically like hitting off the cart path. In my group we are all good enough to get out of bunkers and know how to hit a greenside bunker shot. These bunkers are so bad and unplayable we agreed to pulling the ball out and taking a free drop. No point in ruining your wedge and skulling the ball 50 yards over the green. Rough is also extremely long and thick do your best to track the ball when missing the fairway. There's nothing more frustrating then losing a ball that should be found

Course in decent condition. Staff not the friendliest. It was raining a little bit at the end of first nine..no.10 is a steep downhill and the cart gps says no need to brake but saw at least two, three carts spinning out of control because they were slipping on the wet cart path..

Could have had couple of bad accidents.

Bunkers are like concrete.
