(Not so)Little Things
About 50% of bunkers are unraked and full of weeds and tree limbs, been that way for weeks.Sand hard as a rock.Very high grass around greens and some fairways, balls lost even when you see where they go.No ball washers on course,a few there but always bone dry.Overwatering in some fairways causing standing water. On the other hand, greens are excellent.
Nice course out in Cowboy country
Course was really in pretty good shape. Some of the grass, even on the fairway was quite long and thick but that's better than dry and dusty. Greens were in good shape and staff is excellent. I'll be back here before long.
Conditions
The course was in great shape considering all the heat we have had in the last few weeks.
Improved!
Pleasantly surprised yesterday. Fairways in decent shape as well as greens. Price was outstanding. Will be back.
One of the best courses this summer
We have been to several other courses and found some fairways grass were washed away due to the
rain received. This course's Fairway and green are well maintained .
Great conditions
Course was in great condition. Greens were in really good shape. Only a few blemishes on a few greens. Fairways had nice thick grass as well. There was a recent storm, so there is trees and limbs down, but It doesn't effect anything.
Excellent greens, fairways were patchy due to the winter killing them definitely will be coming back to play it .
Real good course to play
I’ve played many tournaments here & they have all been excellent. Good layout, well manicured. Fun course at a good price
Worth the drive
I drive 70 miles one way to play this oourse..I really like the course and the employees are super nice which some courses on golfnow act like they wish they were not on golfnow,I do wish we had more good course in OKC area on golfnow there. Are a lot of quality courses here we need them on golfnow,!!!!!!!!
Great course, great price!
This is an awesome course! It’s been in really good condition both times I’ve played it this year and all the greens are in excellent condition. I’d definitely recommend to others!
Great place to Play
Overall I had a great time great layout hardcbut not to hard made for a very enjoyable experience.
Fair amount of winter kill
Overall it’s usually a decent track. However, they’ve had quite a bit of winter kill this year, fairways are sparse, some were more sand than grass. Roughs also had significant bare spots. On the bright side, the greens were still good, but a bit too slow, slower than normal.
Rough conditions
The greens were GREAT. The fairways were awful. Looks like the grass has simply been cut too short and winter hit and froze it out. For spring these areas should have some dormant grass, but none. Just bare ground. They should be cart path only for a long time and need to lay sod. It will be all season before recovery. Such a shame because this course has always been in such great shape. I hope they get it under control.
