Great Hidden Gem
Links is probably one of the courses in the area that are green. From the Fairways to Greens. The recently punched greens and since they healed are grease lighting. Course layout is challenging with over the water shots and Hard Dog Legs on every other hole.
Definitely would play here again.
Better than Cimarron in Perkins
Compared to Cimarron Trails in Perkins The Links is a six star.Play it.
The greens had been aerified so they were not fun to put on. Fairways were good.
Always Nice
After playing the Cimarron Cow Pasture in Perkins most of the Summer,I went back to the Links.Glad I did.Nice bujnkers, water jugs on the course, and (gasp)-working ball washers.I took my non-playing son and 7 yr.-old granddaughter out there and it was great.
Real Nice!
Felt like it was my own private course. No one pushing me or slowing me down.I usually play Cimarron in Perkins, not any more. The Links puts the Cimarron Cow Pasture to shame.
Lovely course
Lovely, well designed and engaging course. Conditions were quite nice, considering the Oklahoma heat, but the greens were a little dirty. Love the tee offs, some really cool hole designs. Pace of play was really bad. There was this group of 4 that was taking absolutely forever and didn’t let us play through. There were almost always 2 groups behind us waiting and we could do nothing but wait and hope those guys would find their balls in the trees a little faster. It made us feel like we were holding people up but there was nothing we could do. Would’ve appreciated a member of staff giving them a heads up to go faster. Other than that great course
Pretty Bad Course
Course was in horrible shape. Very little grass on the course that made it unplayable.
Nice course when the weather is right
We played on a cooler day and there was still snow in a few spots. Wanted to get out before the weather turned really cold. I've played before in the spring when the course is in great shape. We had a good round and really like the speed of the greens. Will definitely play here again.
