Lost Tracks Golf Club

About
Perfect Central Oregon rolling terrain fashioned into beautiful golf holes by designer Brian Whitcomb. With 7000 yards of breathtaking views and challenging golf shots Lost Tracks Golf Club defines the word golf.
While Lost Tracks Golf Club is located near the city of Bend, it has the feeling of quiet seclusion. The golf course is bordered by national forest land and carved out of a stand of Ponderosa and high desert pine trees with lava rock outcroppings, dotted with sparkling lakes, and seaside sand filled bunkers. Laid out on a softly rolling terrain the old style design, without the long walks between greens and tees, invite the golfer to walk the meticulously groomed and maintained fairways.
Lost Tracks design philosophy did not include a "signature hole" consideration. Many players may consider the 141-yard 16th hole a par 3 island green, with an old railroad dining car for a bridge, to be exactly that. However, with so many gorgeous holes to choose from, we will leave that up to you. Have fun!

Peaceful course
Such a beautiful morning. I went solo and was in a zone for 4 hours. So therapeutic. Course was in excellent condition. 8:32 team time.
SLOW PLAY
Started off fine until we got to the first tee, it was backed up to start and we were all groups of two, the two guys playing in the group in front of us were late, they teed off and had to catch their group. The two guys that were late were inexperienced and sharing a bag of clubs. They were easily 3 holes behind the pace. I called the pro shop and told him about the situation and he was going to get ahold of the Marshall to address it. When the Marshall came around there obviously was no communication about it. Luckily they only played 9
Nice layout
Enjoyable experience. 4 sets of tee boxes. Walkable.
Unique signature hole short par 3 accessible through a railway Pullman Train car.. No on course food/beverage service. Food service available at the clubhouse.
First Time
Course was in great shape! Takes some getting used to if you’re a long hitter as there is many doglegs and it takes some playing it to get used to the distances and landing areas.
The course is beautiful, love #16, and the staff is friendly and customer focused! Definitely going to be my home course!
Wonderful Course!
The course is well maintained and mountain views amazing. On 16 you tee off onto an island green. To get to the island you walk thru a decorated train car. Really fun course.
Unfriendly staff and extremely poor value
Went to play for my second time here due to an interesting layout. Both times I’ve been here the guys in the pro shop were rather cold and short as if I was a burden to their existence. To make matters worse they never called us up to the tee and we had to have our food order replaced twice because apparently you need more than simple cooking skills to make a hot dog. Needless to say I left the course and will not return but I will heed warning to those who have not been. You will find better value and friendlier staff at any other central Oregon course. The GM should really tighten the ropes down on their employees. Also upon complaining about the lack of effort to fix our food order, and not being called to the tee, we were given the cold shoulder and no refund due to this app. Seems anyone who uses this app at lost tracks is given an eye roll and dismissed. And yea I will be taking this further up the chain between golf now and the course management. Sincerely, a PGA member.
Dogleg City
Nice course. Classic central Oregon vibes, lush fairways, dry desert off them. Short yardage but almost every hole is a dogleg, and you often don't hit driver off the tee, even on par 5's. It was well kept, fun, good pace of play. Their signature hole to an island green is cool. The bridge to it is an old train car. Good times.
Nice course - glacial pace
Course in good condition
Pace of play ridiculously slow
Marshall couldn’t help
Too expensive for the experience
Nice course - glacial pace of play
